  • I love that you talk to the family cat in Japanese. That really cracked me up.

  • Wow, you're a inspiration, I hope I can do it as good as you do someday! My native language is Spanish, my English is fluent, I speak a bit Norwegian and well... I'm working on it, and trying to learn French, Japanese and German... I SERIOUSLY hope I can reach your level someday! Also, it was a nice surprise to see you playing the Umka lullaby, it made me cry a lot of times before, reminds me of my mom, it's such a cute cartoon... Again, thank you for sharing all this, and yes I'm in love too.

  • @pervlo I'm glad I could provide some inspiration! Thanks for the nice comment, and the best of luck with your studies. =)

  • just to mention, that would be "я хочу продолжать изучение русского языка".

you're doing very well with Russian, there are not many mistakes, and your accent is not so strong. yeah I can definitely tell that you're a foreigner when I hear you speaking, but at least as a native I clearly understood every word you said here without having to rewind and listen again - that's a great result, and I'm sure you'll improve it with practice.

  • @decafry Thank you very much! I'll keep working on it. =)

  • Very inspiring polyglot work! I'm currently studying my second foreign language, Spanish, and I hope to have a decent enough grasp of it to be able to start on my third later this year. The Norweigan you know so far is lovely, though if there's anything I would like to critique it's that you seem to borrow a bit of your Russian pronounciation for it (not sure if that's intentional or not).

As I said, very inspiring polyglot stuff! Keep up the good work! ^^

  • @KKMiniMe Hm, that's interesting... I never noticed if I was pronouncing Norwegian like Russian, though it is certainly possible. xD Thanks for the encouragement, and good luck with your language studies!

  • Thai seems to be a tough language. I find the alphabet doesn't stick with me at all and the materials I have are not very good at helping with that.

  • prodolzhat', was the word you were looking for...

  • All you guys boasting that you've fallen in love with her. I think I did the harder thing, I managed not to!

  • yeah,,I fell in love too...

  • @driverevil Gosh... *blush*

  • @driverevil ha... get in line guys ; )

  • You're doing great! You just have to be more confident and have more faith when you speak in whatever language! You can do it! You are a talented polyglot! Keep up the good work! :)

  • @walawalid Thanks for the encouragement! =)

  • Eres una verdadera poliglota. Felicidades.

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Omg 0.0 I'm in love!

  • @veemon lol... ^^;;;

  • Oh, so nice! Drop me a line if you wish to practice Russian ;)

  • Hilarious, encouraging, inspiring.....just what I needed during a break from work. Thanks for this video.

  • This is fucking awesome what you did with Russian in 7-8 months.

  • I am impressed with your Japanese, French, Russian etc. Now I can see why you call yourself FrapaneseGirl as it represents the French/Japanese at which you are best. I am mostly monolingual English speaker, but I am learning Espanol now, then would like to learn Francais, etc.

  • @ACounterLife "Frapanese Girl" is actually a nickname some friends gave me in university, because I was studying both French and Japanese at the time. ^^ Thanks for watching, and good luck with your language learning! =)

  • What an inspiration. I love the honesty of your videos, and seeing the various levels and struggles across the languages. It makes it all very real, which is far more inspiring than overly-glossy hyper-edited word-perfect presentations.

  • @FluentCzech You sure know how to leave a nice comment, don't you? =D Thank you so much!

  • you're a polyglot! neat-o!

  • Hi i'm Ezequiel! i love your videos and i kind of notice that you face expression change every language you speak! :) i'ts pretty interessing!

  • @mundoperrovideo Yeah, that's been pointed out to me before. I never really noticed it myself until I started making videos! Haha...

  • Thanks for your message!

You are really good with the languages you speak in this video.

I don't speak Japanese, but yours sounds really cool.

    Great video!

  • @Dacud Thanks! =D

  • yes yes yes yes yes you're my idol now!!!

  • @DashkoMiller Wow. @@; Thanks!

    Congrats! Big fan :)

    普段から日本語で考え事をしているなんて、素晴らしいですね!ペットにまで日本語で話しかけるっていう徹底ぶりは、さすがです。

    そうそう、ペットで思い出したんですが、僕は猫語が結構上手で、鳴き声を真似するとちゃんと猫が反応するんですよ。

    あと得意なのがカラス語で、鳴き声を真似したら、カラスが大挙に押し寄せてきて、ヒッチコック監督のホラー映画『鳥』さながらの、大変こわい経験をしたことがあります。(^_^;)

    今後のビデオも楽しみにしてます!!!

  • @UnclePolyglot はは! 私は人間の言葉だけでも精一杯なので、動物の言葉なんてまだまだです。(笑)カラスの事件、大変そうですね。@@;

  • Great multilingual video Jana! I recently moved to Brussels and that's my first experience in a French speaking country :) I've never been particularly fond of this language before and now too I don't actually know what to think about it eheheh I think I can understand how you feel at the moment, but... hey, don't give up on it! :D

  • @Scallonesi Thanks for the encouragement! I have always liked French, but I'm just not sure if it's important enough to me to try to perfect it to a near-native level. =/
