I've also tied loads of times and it doesn't seem to work, and I also have the glitching window (it flicks between a narrow window and a wide one) Perhaps something to do with diferent releases of the game?

There were similar easter eggs in Gta vicecity and psp version of vcs stories in that same location. so he thought, why not revisit those areas to see if anything new is there?

on PSP this doesnt work, around certainareas of VC there are them smily faces 1-10 then u go under the boat and it says nothing here, go on there on the ps2 version it says nothing here, Check VCN building so blah blah u jump thru the windo thn thers a #11 poster. u cant get in on PSP

I was using the PS2 version to capture this video.

I don't know how to capture video from the PSP version, and I don't think the PSP version has the easter egg anyway.
