  • Don't be scared of the weight, you have to squat deeper on your good morning squat... I just did these last Saturday and was able to get up to 315. Thought I was going to staple my face to the floor, but made it. It's a good excercise if you do it right and a back killer if you don't so be careful.

  • Yeah I'm going to throw in a pause when I go into the squat next time I do them, that should make sure I go a bit deeper.

  • I have to do these again on Saturday, I will record and post it. You can let me know how I did. Like I said I only did them once and feedback is always welcome.
