hey thanks, the cross hairs are the four small white lines that are in the middle of the screen in non hardcore modes, the more accurate the weapon is when the smaller the cross hairs are... the perk steady aim lowers these crosshairs.

Yeah no scopes are part luck but the timing is pretty insane when it comes to the g shot and other methods. But like Grizz does it out of skill mostly cuz if its close (not like right next to you close) then he'll hit it everytime. I no scope and I say it takes skill just as much as luck.
