I like the fact that the PSU is sideways and the fan is facing towards you, it looks good, so if I had a crappy PSU (like I do now), instead of showing that stupid sticker, I'd just show the fan underneath...lol!

go liquid cooled m8 it is lot more quiet i used to have that tower till i got tai chi which comes liquid cooled then add a big water too ya vga cards no fans needed perfect .. nice video tho good build well done very tidy

Nice case (I have a Armor Jr) and cool monitor, as for the rest it ain't anything too cool. I would recommend a new VGA cooler to be really flashy - I'll get a Duo Orb on my 2900XT before I sell it and get a pair of HD3870, seems like that cooler is one of the... cooler? uhm

i wanna get a 'handbuilt' super fast PC, but have no idea how to go about it. Is it as easy as plug this in to that, or is it mega complicated?

it's not mega complicated, basically all you have to do is match a certain type of plug on a card or whatever to the correct socket on the main board. The hardest part (which isnt that hard at all really, its just a little nerve making) is putting the new processor in, coz if u mess that up then basically you wasted a lot of money if that was a good processor :-)
