thats not true frugality. frugality is not wasting your food. it doesnt matter how much money you save it matters how much food you buy. i am thinking you are not sure what you are talking about either

Many of my friends put up preserves and canned goods, if I look pathetic enough I usually score some!!! We're actually having roast venison tomorrow, it's just so good!!

Not many people of my generation (20's) know how to can food. We have to buy it from the store. That's unfortunate. I'm going to try to learn.
