As at 2010 the US black population was 38,624,000; of those 3,259,000 hold a Bacelors degree; that comes to 8.4%
As at 2010 the US had 197,436,000 whites; 34,084,000 of those held a Bachelor's degree; that comes to 17.3%
So even with the influx of negroid from Africa with degree the figure is lower.

I have herd the Moors were a semetic speaking people who are Arab and Berber extraction. The Berbers are a nomadic people who lived in the northern parts of north Africa (Morroco,Algeria, Tunisia and Lybia. All the artifacts found in Spain from the Moors are always written in Arabic.
