you guys all you have to do is temporarily change your region codes on your computer, its very easy if you own a Microsoft XP, just look on their site, the problem is you can only change the region Code a certain amount of times.
Haha I keep expecting to hear things like "come on!" and all the lil notes Morning Musume had in their version of the song...(Like "Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima is Morning Musume--together!")
Hahahaha I so love Morning Musume's version but... why are this group going to say "Hyokkori Hyoutan jima of MORNING MUSUME together?" if they are not Morning Musume? xDDDDDDDDDDDDD
the lyrics are "dakedo bokura wa kujikenai naku no wa iya da waracchao
susume...hyokkori hyoutan-jima"
it means something like "but we are not discouraged, we don't like to cry but go on laughing"... well, my japanese really sucks^^ but "susume" means to go on, advance...
Also, I think 'Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima' translates to something like 'Surprising Island of Contradiction'. Haha, not a very good translation on my part, but I think you get the picture that Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima is a weird and/or dangerous island filled with adventures!
I wish I knew! Since I can't buy concert DVDs and play them on American DVD players, I know nothing about their concerts. Someone else on Youtube probably has videos from the same concert though... check around.
The song title is actually the show's name, but I haven't been able to find out much else about it. '60s... puppets... black and white... for kids... that's all I know.
Meybe i not prefer punk so much but i l love this band !!!

I forgot to mention, but Hyokkori Hyoutan Jima is also an anime movie, in color, from 1967.

This is from the Tonosama tour. ROCK ON! On the DVD it's the extra encore track, and the dvd credits roll out with this song.

I didn't know this was a song from puppets.
But the thing is, I always imagined that this videos would be great with puppets or teddy bears.
