@blacktop2001 I had two different mediports. First one was implanted too far in my chest therefor could not be accessed. It was removed and then later I had another one put in. It was a power port, which was put in my right side of my chest. It was removed about two months ago due to a right subclavian blood clot due to the port.
deer ticks carry borealia burfungolia. Meaning any of the animals they feed on nearby also transmits this bacteria. I had over 50 deer ticks on me from rolling in the ditch in arkansas when I was 4 years old. I don't think that all of the ticks had lyme, but enough of them did to transmit it to me.The ticks were attached to my body for over 72 hours and then even after they were pulled off I did not receive treatment. Ive had this for 15 years.
how would you have 50 ticks on your body and all of them had lyme. the chances of that are so minuscule its mind-boggling. and atleast at 6mos after u contracted it thats still considered stage 1. stage 2 would be pushing it but it is possible. not trying to be a dick just trying to figure this out.
@PinkGallo ....all 50 ticks don't need to carry Lyme, just 1. Why would you even ask that question. Or why would you consider she is falsifying any of the facts in this video. You must understand it's hard enough to deal with this illness, let alone people being skeptical of you. Like you don't want to be healthy or normal...I would do anything for a week back of my pre-lyme existence. Look at my vid....same thing as hers.
@droid1226 yeah. stage 3 here. lyme of 12 years. im enjoying the party as well. your rant was cute, though. i thought she had stated all 50 ticks had lyme. not just one. i realize it doesnt have to be 50, just 1. can even be a nymph not an adult. but seriously dont ever feed me lyme rants like i dont know what it is. ever.
The problem with suing the pediatrician is that you end up putting the Lyme literate doctor at risk of being called out. They really have to lay low or their licenses could be on the line.
Kacy, Why not sue the pediatrician? Just initiate the suit. You wont win, but why not try to put some of the blame where it belongs - a lawyer from the Lyme advocacy groups might file for you gratis. No doctor likes to be sued for anything, ever! It certainly wouldn't be considered frivolous. Contentious, controversial, tendentious, calendric dependent yes - but frivolous, no!
Well first of all, between my brother's health bills and mine, we would never be able to hire a lawyer. Also, we don't have the time to do that, we're too busy trying to keep food on the table and trying medical treatments. And it's completely against my morals. Most CLD doctors are being put out of practice because patients and states are suing them and trying to revoke their medical licenses. Me doing that to a doctor, would be putting me on the same level as them.
i went thru the same stuff sept in a shorter period of time. I have been dealing with it for 6 years now. I had been diagnosed with the same thing u have. I am now in 9th grade praying for a cure.
Yea the theory of the government causing the Chronic Lyme outbreak is just a theory, although it would make sense. Lyme Disease was discovered in Old Lyme Connecticut, but that doesn't mean that Lyme Disease originated there. But, no matter who/what caused it, we still have to deal with the situation at hand.
@kacymhenry Check out Jessie Ventura's Tru TV special on Lyme disease, how he tried to get into the military lab where they are working on it and confronted congressmen about this. eye opener.
@tdineen12 government didnt make this disease. do you remember when that guy was found frozen in ice in like iceland or something? well they found he had lyme disease in his dna and all the co-infections and he lived 5,300 years ago
lol, deer ticks are the primary species who transmit Lyme Disease. And though many other animals can spread it as well, ticks carry co-infections that can go along with your lyme, such as: babesia, bartonella, and many more.
@JayVezTroy : Oh yes, and hundreds of other co-infections. My most prevelant co-infections are Bartonella and Babesia. Babesia requires a medication called Malerone, which is over $50 a tablet because that's what companies have their employee's take if they go out of the country to prevent Malaria.
gret video i know what its like going through all the doctors and all the misdiagnosis after 17 years i still am i share my journy on youtube as well i hope you feel better
Kacy I know your struggle! I'm 32 and have been sick for about 16 years. I just found out I have Lyme about 2 weeks ago and haven't been treated yet. Life isn't easy but we must make the most of it :) You will be in my prayers.
Just curious what was the surgery/port you had.

But like I've stated, the human engineering of Lyme Disease is only a theory that hasn't been proven yet.
