Um no, the one Holy and Apostolic Catholic Church - they Jesus The Christ entrusted The Keys has held Hades at bay - unlike American xtians who are followers of schismatic haters and bigots.

The RCC wasn't even born until Constantine came along in the 4th Century.
Up until that time the word 'catholic' simply meant any believer who held to the common biblical faith which Rome corrupted. (Purgatory, Transubstatiation etc)
Sorry, Cookie, it is the Jews who have preserved the Holy Oracles, not the R.C.s The R.C.s would have kept their flocks blind, preferring Latin be used in the Homily. It made it easier to sell indulgences, but showed the corruption of a church with too much political clout. Christ didn't die for church authorities, but He did utter His strongest condemnations to them for fleecing their flocks.
All that follow Jesus will be saved, unfortunately only probably only 30,000 Jews are saved world wide. We need try to save all people!
