I'm sorry but she said the small bone behind the ear was called the hyoid bone. I believe the hyoid bone is in the anterior (front) of the neck. The small bone she's referring to is the styloid process. It looks like a little fang. Other than that, she seems really knowledgeable and appears to have a very soothing touch.
