i obtained it from top left chest in Solitary Salvation.

the chest generates RANDOM item, just re-enter & quit the gateway, until you obtain it

The gateways are in the lands of discord, the last dungeon before the final Feral Chaos dungeon.

Good job on your run, but your build could be better. Comrade's Vow increases your assist gauge when you TAKE damage, so it's useless in your video. Replacing Power Ring and Red Gem with any 2 good boosters that you can maintain will further increase your damage more than what you have, mathematically speaking.

I tried this fight with those 3 accessories replaced by boosters, and was doing 299 damage per hit in Finishing Touch instead of 220 like you're doing in this video. It also adds wallrush
