  • Thanks again for the comment, and no problem at all that you don't see it the same way we do! We agree that for the larger, national brokerages this is going to be a more pronounced issue going forward, and how they choose to differentiate themselves will be interesting to see.

  • Unless you control the agent u can't control the experience. What's the customer think the diff is between remax, c21, keller williams? Y does our industry ignor mickey D's success? For corcoran u will be a boutique and have no issues but I thin.k the future broker is nothing like this vide suggest. Jmo

  • You are wrong. You better start with the consumer experience. Whats the difference between you , Sothebys or Christies real estate? Consumer cant tell so they wont be loyal.

  • @guz843 Hi there guz843, thanks so much for your comment. We totally agree that the experience our agents give the consumer is incredibly important, and that it's a key way of understanding the differences between different kinds of brands. It's an increasing issue that the consumer can't tell the difference between the firms, and our view is that the better use of technology is one way of being able to improve the level of customer service we offer.
