I kinda have known that for years. I'm just saying that he couldn't come back from something like that. All the other times he "died", he had his full upper body intact. At the end of Megaman Zero 4, he was 95% disintegrated.

Zero only died twice. First time was his sacrifice in the battle against Vile/ VAVA, second was when he was fighting Ragnarok Weil.

@ Azulamozari No, Zero didn't die in X5. Yes, in his ending he did, but X's good ending is the canon finish to X5. As such, Zero was badly injured, but didn't die. He hid himself away while he repaired his body (how he managed that I don't know). Also, X5's endings were screwed up by X6. Inafune had planned for X5 to finish the series. X5 were nearly finished when Capcom told him they had decided to do X6 (without his knowledge). Inafune scrambled to make X5's endings work X6.

@RockXIII About Zero's death, he never does die, but his body does, after being stolen by an evil person who was also responsible for the mass creation of evil Psuedo-megamen, and given to a being called Omega, thus becoming known as "Omega Zero." The resulting product was given extraordinary power as to use all of its potential fully.
