It is funny as long as he doesn't hurt himself, u should really see the vet cause there must be some problem. While we sleep we are under a paralysis of some kind which prevents us from moving while we dream so that we don't get hurt. But if this happens regularly there may be some problem.

I think its quite obvious its not having a seizure? Seizures can be a brief loss of awareness or something thrashing around wildly. That dog is quite clearly running. In other videos it will get to its feet and RUN. A seizure is uncontrollable thrashing. Dog = Sleep Walking. The End.
