bullshit...let's see all of the footage of every accident, impaired or not...they're all sad. it helps people sleep at night thinking that weed was the reason one of their loved ones were taken when in reality bad shit happens to good people. this story would've been just as sad the driver was distracted by a passenger and had the same result.
@TheXXDAVEYXx So you're basically saying "fuck it, it can't be helped, we may as well all drive irresponsibly, under the influence, without due care and attention because accidents are just going to happen anyway?" - how crass a logic.
If you aren't fit to drive or are incapable of driving safely (be it drugs or responsibility), you shouldn't - no if's or buts. Oh, and it's not ultimately the alcohol, drugs, or speed that's blamed as the 'cause' - it's the person who knowingly chose to do it.
