  • The Jackal has to eat something, so quit bashing on him. Also, Jackals aren't the only ones who prey on South African Fur Seals (Same thing as Cape Fur Seals), Bown Hyenas do it as well.

  • "Dogged persistence"? I see what you did there!

Also, am I the only one who thinks the jackal is cuter than the seals?

  • @HiddenFacedMatt No you aren't. To me the jackel is more cuter! But I would go with a Canadian Hurp seal pup cause they are so much cuter and whiter! LOL

  • Sometimes I like to club baby seals. Probably because I'm Canadian.

  • Thank God !!

  • We should just shoot all of the jackals. Then we could give people seal hunting licenses to bag a few adult seals every year to control their population.

  • @john17972 What the hell kind of logic is that? Let the Jackals do the hard work instead of wiping out a species

  • @thedirtydeltas ya but that is soooo wierd

  • super cute how the mom walked over it at the end

  • the coyote of Africa

  • fucks adverts.

  • This is nature. Nature is beautiful, but all I want to know is; WTF IS A JACKAL DOING IN A SNOWY PLACE?!

  • it is very sad to watch but what i dont understand is hoe those FUCK HEADS FLIMLING THIS ARE LETTING THEM GET FUCKIN hurt it is cruel and i wish those fags a merry fucking chrismas

  • @Glassface477

Nature is cruel, far worse things happen everyday. In order for any animal to live, something must die (including humans). And animals rarely kill without cruelty. Only an idiot would interfere, these guys are professionals. As a hardcore naturalist it really amazes me how cut off from nature the average person is. Probably explains the lack of respect people have for nature and the earth in general.

  • @Glassface477 Ever spoke with a documentary maker? I remember watching a documentary where a guy was studying certain apes or monkeys somewhere in Africa. One of the little monkeys was as wild as Bart Simpson, so one evening this Bart monkey did not return normally with his pack to the place where they sleep and so he died in the dangerous night. It was quite heartbreaking for that scientist but if he would save the monkey, then he would ruin the documentary. You aren't supposed to interfere.

  • You bleeding heart liberals aren't cut to watch stuff like this. This is fucking survival. You wouldn't know anything about this because you're coddled. Thank God you and your kind live in this day in age and not when things were rough. The human species wouldn't have survived.

  • @soSUBURBIA Unlike you, man of the wild, typing away at his keyboard

  • @meertibalt Invalid argument.

  • @soSUBURBIA Lol, stop acting tough. From your attitude (and stupidity) I don't think you would survive in rough nature either. See how are SAS training in the jungles of Central America. Third of the requirement is muscle, second third is brains and the rest is good immune system which depends a lot on genetics cause some are more vulnerable to certain diseases. You can act tough as much as you can - it ain't going to help you if you do something stupid and later die from dysentery, you twat!

  • @StandingRedPanda Troll elsewhere. Thanks.

  • Sad to see, but this is the circle of life.

  • LOLS they sound like sheep SO CUTE

  • jackals mate 4 life and till death do they part.

  • does any1 know how much a black back jakall lives? and does any1 else agree those pups have got to be the ugliest thing they've ever seen?

  • There's 50 seals there. They could have the jackal for lunch.

  • this sucks ):

  • Jesus Cristo assim cuida de nós .

  • @craigizwellhard please speak english

  • @Dragoon1020

if u sed da to me in rel life id nok ya out

    dik hed

  • Breaks my heart to see innocent animals getting killed while at the same time it's understandable why they're killed for food. Nature sure is cruel and complex......

  • All animals are innocent. They can't commit crimes, they only act on the hardwired programming nature gives them. The real heartbreak is when animals are abused, neglected, and tortured by people, or are killed by people for less than necessity.

But I see what you're saying. Good to have a soft heart. :)

  • Exactly. But still, it's upsetting to see compassionately. Oh, well. 1 in 4 seal pups getting killed are way better than 4 in 4 seal pups getting killed (thank God for that).

  • Innocent of what ? It breaks your heart to see innocent animals getting killed, you say. I just don`t get it. This is nature. Innocence is an anthropomorphism. You must know as well as I do that there is no innocence / guilt in the animal kingdom.

  • @morgandrim That is CORRECT!!!!!!

  • it really is sad what goes on out there. Animals killing animals. But, you just can't change that. Its nature for you.

  • lol Why does this remind me off the PC Video game "Battlezone" so much...

  • i want a jackal

  • I like how at 1:34 the Jackall is like "Ain't scared of you, ho.." and just nonchalantly sits down.

  • lol people stop bashing on the jackal, he needs to eat

  • @goldenchocolate Stop protecting your baby or kids when you go out to the wild then. It's called love

  • @PWOKristy if animals actually had the capacity to think...all of them would be thinking "Stupid humans" so stfu

the goddamn jackal needs to eat

  • Oh my goshh the noise the baby seals make is precious. xD

  • aw! did you see how hard he was biting that pup? he needs to learn him some manners!

  • finally it decides to move

  • sounds like sheep! xD

  • You're rigtht xD

Eventually its a species mixed by a sheep and another animal ^^

  • dam that fukin noise that baby made was annoying

  • yay the momma saved the pup :D

  • Amazing.

  • Aww, the pup survived. Its so cute~ Its cry is heart melting.

  • bill nighy woo

  • These are videos that I like! haha Cool beans. You don't see stuff like that often.. haha sarcasm! Make more please! (=

  • Its cool to see how alike the animals are.

  • i can't believe we hurt these innocent creatures, please watch a movie called EARTHLINGS if you like or care about animals at all!

  • totally agree

  • Muy bueno

    excelente

    gracias

    saludos...

  • Yes, it's education for people :)

  • the baby seals are suuuper cute.

it amuses me to see them devoured.

  • thick fur and layers of ......Blubber!

  • Surviving

mammals only take addvantage on small animals there afraid to take another animal on that is its own side EX-u dont see a rat attacking a cat you dont see a cat attacking a dog ex.Just saying its the truth

  • Wrong

    Cheetahs do

    Piranhas do

    Snakes probably do

  • ik sorry bout that i was realy mad lol we even do

  • actually I've seen a cat attack a dog before, it was pretty funny.

  • dis seal is kinda jackie chan lmao

  • better help instead of making video s i think winny

  • the jackalls are only doing whats natural for them and all wild animals to survive . if it wasnt that seal cub it would have been another

  • So, this baby seal walks into a club...

  • i love seals but that made me laugh.. hah

  • the jackals should go eat some other animal... that small seal was getting tortured... I don't get some of the peeps that commented.

  • its a matter of survival. I don't get you, if you're going to starve to death, you'll eat any animal. Don't think for a fucking moment that these dogs have it well off. You'll notice how skinny they are? they probably haven't eaten in a week.

  • Yeah, go eat Tofu or something.

  • That's how life works in the real world. Would you rather that poor jackal painfully, slowly died of starvation? I bet they had cute baby pups of their own to care for. Would you like to watch them starve to death because the parents can't provide? What about the other animals that jackal would eat? They would suffer too. Like I said, this is how nature has been working since the dawn of time. It's eat or be eaten; survival of the fittest. Stop anthropomorphizing the wildlife; they're animals.

  • Lets go seal clubbin'!!!

  • gay

  • Damn... fucking weak-ass black back jackals... I was hoping they would eat that fat-ass seal pup.

  • u sick person XD

  • omgrofl lmao lololo

  • HAhaha, bite me :D

  • i agree with capriketti

  • at this very moment a black back jackall is eating a cape fur seal pup

  • haha jackal was chillin scrathing himself lol

  • i wanna see the seal eat up the dogsssss

  • nature is cruel

  • I wish my mummy was like that.

  • good idea sit ther e and make guttural noises while some jackal eats ur kid

  • wtf that seal was fuking chasing then foos lol

  • omg at 2:02 did that jackal rip off the skin of the pup?? what a bastard

  • did you even watch he bit it

  • Nope...

That skin like black material that was flinging is actually the jackal's tail.

  • thats what i thought! but i think its the black from his tail in the background near his mouth :)

  • sure the pups are cute. but either the jackal eats or it dies of hunger. thats is the way of nature. it s cruel, but it is survival

  • kill for live

  • omg i cyred

  • lol

  • yes girls have thick blubber to ward off the attacks and advances of unwanted males..so yes, I can relate to your exgf...

    idiot

  • they sound like babies

  • cushioned by their thick fur and layers of blubber. Hmm, sounds like my ex gf.

  • Didn't they misspell jackal in the video name?

  • The Circle of life? Don't give me that bullshit, lets release you into the wild without any weapon and watch you squirm as a lion rips the flesh off your back and dis attaches your spinal cord from your skeletal structure while you are still breathing.

God doesn't exist, or if he does on the off chance, he is one sick fucker.

  • a world in which the ugliness and cruelty of animal carnivory were unknown. Is nature cruel? Yes. But through that pain and suffering, we are able to transcend the physical and discover the formlessness of nature's true eternal existence.

  • freakin awesome!!!comment my magic videos

  • fucking evil people always show up on youtube. Insane

  • poor thing is like i'm not comming out from underneath mommy

  • i love of some idiot made this into a religious argument dude god rocks. anyways the seal got chomped on Lol

  • "i love of some idiot made"

I love how some idiot kid named Coolskater doesn't know how to speak English.

  • People who believe in God sure have a fuck'd up god who wants to kill babies at every fucking chance he gets.

  • LOL!

  • uhh dude the jackalls need to survive to. its called the circle of life. i love animals and shit but that doesnt mean i hate god everytime a baby seal dies lol.

  • If a perfect being existed he would have made the world without having to have a Jackal violently kill a baby seal and make it suffer.

God doesn't exist, or if he does he can suck my ass.

  • omg that would be ass boring if god did that, why dont u think he didnt do that? he wants us to learn u douche, u dont know anything about life. uhm people eat cows, we kill our brothers and sisters. we are far more evil/ we can do worse than a jackal killing an ugly baby seal

  • God Himself stated that part of the original creation wasn't to be perfect just good. The Bible states that the current universe is not perfect, but was designed to be temporary and will be replaced with a perfect universe. Science also tells us that the universe was designed to be temporary.

  • hahahahahahah 1:58

  • Hahahahahaha "I'm a dumbass retard" says KrazyKKid. Hahahahahahahaha.

  • LOL i guess you would be the type of person to vote for a dying old man and a hockey mom...

    they're cute...you're just mean..

  • LOL

  • Get 'em Mama! :-)

  • oh thank god

  • i dont think i could have watched the whole video if they killed one of the seals

  • damn was hoping to see some blood

  • what???

    seals are cute

  • Lol, cute baby seal. ^_^

His cry was so cuuuuute! :D

    Good thing he didn't die.

  • Hey Everybody,

watch the most inspiring videos based on a true story.

  • those little guys are so cute! i'm glad he lived

  • yes they are cute until they rip your skin of your body, they squeese your eyes and drink your blood. oh wait, those are icebears, seals are just cute...

  • What kind of crap is this? I wanted to see the jackal make a snausage out of it!

  • lmao, exactly what i was thinking

  • great

  • yah why didn't mom go on top of him from the beginning...strange instinct...nature is an strange thing

  • Nature is cruel but man is the only being that will kill needlessly. Our massively superior intellect has almost killed our planet. Cheers to man and his dominance!

  • Wrong. Humans are NOT the only species that will kill "needlessly." Try again.

  • Name me one other specie that kills without reason?

  • How about several? Wolves and coyotes are known to kill domestic livestock in numbers that far exceed what they need to survive and when on such a rampage, not eat a single bite of the excessive slaughter. Domesticated cats and dogs will often kill wild animals and not feed on the flesh. In these cases, the pets can nearly extirpate wildlife populations very easily.

Do your own research next time, punk.

  • i noticed your comment and you are very wrong. the reason, for example a fox will kill all the chickens in a coop is cos they dont know when the next meal is coming, so it makes sense to kill what you can so in times of hardship you can return and feed off of prior kills. its a survivol stratergy. so stop trying to sound like you know what you are talking about. and no im not peta or whatever

  • You may not be PETA, but you still spell like an idiot. You are mistaken, I DO know what I'm talking about. I'm a wildlife biologist. A fox will not kill more wild animals than it can eat at once -- they do not return to cached kills. Felids will cache food, but not canids. So, your logic as to why a fox may decimate an entire coop of chickens is wrong. They do it for fun. Period.

  • Yes animals some definitely kill for sport its a strange thing,i had a ferret once who ran up a tree and killed a baby bird then just left it,didn't eat it at all, really horrible but the ferret had many other redeeming feature's it seem that nasty streak was just in its nature.

  • yh my cat just lyk plays with mice n birds n stuff n when dey die she has no interest in em no more n find more animals to kill lol

  • what

  • Yes, My cat likes to play with rodents and birds and when they die she loses interest in them, she then searches for other creatures to kill. Laugh out loud.

  • @thedirtydeltas A lot of domesticated animals aren't exactly 'killing for fun'. It's in their instinct to hunt but they have to be taught by their mother's that what they kill is food. An animal brought up by humans will retain the instinct to hunt and kill but won't recognize it's prey as food, and therefore leave it to rot. That same animal in the wild would definitely eat what it killed.

  • @thedirtydeltas no, they don't, they either defend themselves, fight for mate, or hunt for food( or learning to)... do you really think your ferret can be called NATURE?!

  • @bububububak Its an expression "in its nature" which means a tendency towards certain traits due to its genetics , Nature means "The world of living things and the outdoors" yes, its domesticated and often a pest, that doesn't make it the opposite.

  • @thedirtydeltas i'm sur you got what i ment, if you're so smart

  • Comment removed

  • @bububububak you just seem like another couch expert, there are so many on youtube unless you really know what you're talking about why comment at all?The story I told was from my own experience and its a valid point,if you disagree with it do your own research by all means but unless you have contrary facts why disagree at all why not just watch the video.Opinion is not fact just because you feel or think that all animals are moral in nature ,and don't kill for sport doesn't make it so!

  • @thedirtydeltas that is not about being moral, you moron! if an animal kills, it has purpose, because the way they live they can't affort to waste food, energy, etc. If you haven't seen the whole "drama" you may have missed one point, where you'd understand why it had happened. If an animal is "spoiled" it must be something to do with people.... and i can you tell me, how could i possibly persuade you, that something doesn't happened? i can't tell you: "I've seen it not happening!"

  • @bububububak your comment is so incoherent its make you the moron lol YOU ARE BORING ME save your bollicks for someone who cares because I don't.

  • @bububububak Your comment is so incoherent is makes you a moron, lol you are boring me now, glad you've realized animals don;t have the same ethics or morals or intelligence that was my point, its in the genetic make up its an inherent drive to kill or play with food like a cat does,so give it up because you're obviously wrong and and no good at constructing sentences lol

  • @bububububak hahah incoherent comment suggests you are the moron,I've explained this to you, did you read the earlier comments about animal instincts and genetics and drive its all the same.I was clearly pointing put that animals don;t have morals due to the difference in intelligence, look at the amount of animals that eat their own young, yet another example if animals killing for the sake of killing, but I gave the example of the cat with its mouse,Give you're so boring and can;t write!

  • @bububububak you're incoherent comment suggests you are the moron,I've explained this to you, did you read the earlier comments about animal instincts and genetics and drive its all connected.I was clearly pointing out that animals don;t have morals ,and a difference in intelligence, look at the amount of animals that eat their own young, yet another example of animals killing for the sake of killing,or instinct,I gave the example of the cat with its mouse,Give up, you're so boring,go learn!

  • @thedirtydeltas i've responded to all this shit (morals-wtf?!are you mental?!, cats), which clearly indicates you should be pointing at yourself right now...and you know what? i'm really done with you, because i've just started to feel it doesn't lead anywhere...

  • Comment removed

  • @bububububak I guess you have never seen a cat playing with a mouse or a coyote go through a herd of sheep and never eat a bite of the many lambs and sheep it kills, have you?

  • @thedirtydeltas the ferret doesn't have complete kill and eat instinct because it is not a natural occurring animal in the wild. They have been bred for pets and do not completely have survival instinct. I had a pug at the same time I had a large rabbit. My dog would get excited around the rabbit but did not understand why. We now, as humans, its because he would have eaten the rabbit had he still had his complete instinct. They were great friends however lol

  • @thedirtydeltas why would you let your ferret outside

  • @Cara4041 well they need walks like any animal, they can't just kept in cages that would be inhumane, but we had a leash so it didn't kill neighboring cats.

  • @thedirtydeltas

One of the reason they're not allow in some states.... .__. because of endangered species.. etc

  • @atrieisan yes their illegal as pets in my country NZ now cuase they kill native birds they have no discretion, and kill a cat in a flash.

  • climbingfool, I find that hilarious. Thank you for sharing that.

  • Chuck Norris

  • You sir, are a retard. The mother was not crushing the pup, rather protecting it from further attacks. Also, stop applying your anthropocentric morality to nature. Morality is a human condition and has no meaning in nature.

  • thumb up for this comment!
