My bro is Steven Chand. RCMP were the one who orderd the fertilizer themselves. Saad Gaya was just hired to work to unload the truck. He did not even know what was going on. This was a set up which was executed by the Informants one of them being Mubin S. The informants got paid a total of 5 million dollars.
