Wait...Eiffel Tower isn't on playable territory..But you said that we can buy fireworks in a store in China, so sims can use them. How can they use them at Eiffel Tower when it's not on a playable territory...??!!??! Help me a little here... o.O

@CoconutPalms96 you can active testingcheatsenabled true find a ground hold Shift and Ctrl down and then thake ''build on this ground'' then active buydebug on and find the Eiffeltower ond the ?
