Yes, dogs search with their noses. When they sniff your car, they are sniffing (searching) the air around your car. No warrant and no probable cause is needed to search the air coming out of your car. Are you really this ignorant?
@TropicalSVT no theyare sniffing so something coming within your car/searching the air comming from it aint comming from outside if they only let the dog outside the car u'r argument would be valid but they let the dog inside so there for in is not just searching the air outside...and illegal searches aint the only reason if u watched the of the rest of the video i state other reasons
@NerdetteTheNinjette you dont have to agree but what I am saying in this video is true....if anything they should take away the dogs staus as a police officer then it wouldn't be illegal search and seizure or excessive use of force
@projectink someyimes they dont bring the dog until after you run and your hiding i've seen many times were the dog finds the person and the person stops and puts there hands up and the dog still attacks if thye dont ban them they need to train them better and tkae away there poilice officer status
