Not to try and bash this product but it's kinda bulky and redundant. You'd possibly be better off going with a kubaton (self defense/breaks windows), a good small and compact light/alarm thingo and a small folding knife with a seat belt cutter; some of which have the glass breaker too.

Then again even though it is far far more competent, useful an less bulky you'd be looking at >$50-$60 maybe for a reasonable set up.... It's a trade off but whatever works best for YOU.

@TheDragonJustin Stealing a car is a bit more complicated than simply breaking the window. As for practical uses, many new cars have fully automatic windows which cannot be opened if the car is turned off, or worse, submerged. They've been selling small hammers specifically for this purpose for decades at virtually every auto store.
