  • He is a great person, good for those women. we can not always expect others to be responsible for others. where are those pretend friends.

  • i love the 2 cops!! damn most u guys here so damn closed minded ..i would like to rape a woman too!!

  • Let me buy a round of shots to all you trolls.

  • WHO CARES?FUCK YOU FEMALES.

  • Comment removed

  • its hard for me to feel sorry or caring for anybody who drinks like that. grow the fuck up, you're an adult, so act like it

  • @jumar1281 so we shouldnt help each other?

come on, think of jesus, he helped EVERYONE

  • @jumar1281

Yes being that drunk is definitely not sensible but it is not such a crime that it would justify being raped and possibly killed.(period)

  • Americans are really shit....Drinks, luring and sex is common...you call it free country...?

  • @sukuvar I don't think you know what the word "free" means.

  • @shinjite06 i know...Europe is the place ...where we can say its 'free' definetly not USA...

  • It doesn't matter how drunk she was, if she's having it, it's fair play, if she's not, it's rape. Nobody needs to step in and cockblock the guy for all they know he could be just as drunk.

ALSO WHY DOES EVERYBODY CRY ON THIS SHOW?

    Americans are stupid melodramatic rednecks.

  • I think the last two were okay in saying what they were saying, if just joking around.. UNTIL, the girl started saying she wanted to stay, and acting uncomfortable.. They should have told the guy to just chill with her there 'til her friends arrived. One thing as well is: If she's going to get drunk, deal with the consequences. Getting drunk isn't for everyone. Guys have testosterone pumping through their veins and seeing a hot girl like that is tough to say no to. Drunk girl is partly to blame

  • Those guys are just folowing bro code.

  • What sort of sicko takes advantage of drunk girls and rspes them? Sure the girls shouldnt be getting drunk but when someone encourages it for their own pleasure, what the hell? If a person who has done this is reading this, let me say this: YOU ARE A FUCKED UP CREEP WHO SHOULD BE SPEAR FUCKED!!!

  • it would be funny if it was a drunk guy going to get abused by a fat redneck . i would help him .... NOT lol

  • Comment removed

  • i wish i was on his shoes

  • Haha bros will be bros

  • Go bless Julie's soul :(((

  • Who goes drinking in the middle of the day.

  • @Eaglepwnsmuka alot of people.

  • @Eaglepwnsmuka I know

  • i find one flaw with this how can this girl be celebrating her 21 on her own...

  • @MrGhaz12345 they said she's waiting for her friends to arrive.

  • the "experts" always say the most obvious shit...

  • @csmccarty I know, right? Pay me a shitload of money, I could be a psychologist. Fuck college and shit, I speak from life experiences

  • @mager258987

Yea, psychology really can be a pseudo-science. They think they can put human nature in a small little box.

  • @csmccarty hahhahahahahaha

  • yay asians

  • officer dipshit over here lol

  • IVE BEEN TO THAT RESTAURANT!! HAHAHA ITS GOOD :P

  • Those two guys' wives must be soooo proud.

  • these comments are just very disgusting. you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • that dead chick was hot as fuck

  • @Dillan44 creep bastard..

  • @alienkishorekumar you'd hit it

  • @Dillan44 your corpse ass kisser!

  • 1:01 george lopez

  • DONT BE A COCK BLOCKER

  • Lol that one lady was like "dont get involved" ..Thats how I would've been.

  • the first girl (the brunette one) is sooooo daaaaaaamn HAWT!!!!

i even want to kindap her too :P

  • "Don't get involved". Make sure you say the same thing next time you need help woman. Coward.

  • Love the green shirt guy but at first he said "she don't walk this place without you."

  • @cterrazas1 his English is not good - you know what he meant and he said it correctly later. And it's more important that he helped her. And to think Americans want to get rid of immigrants - he was the ONLY person who helped in that first case

  • @TheRushingWind: Obviously I know what he meant. It still doesn't change the fact that he said it. That is my comment no more no less. I applaud him for his actions. And not all Americans want to get rid of immigrants, now you are being stereotypical stupid by making such a broad generalization.

  • That comes to show you what some husbands are out there doing...trying to pry off wedding rings!....wow.

  • That guy in the green shirt kicks ass. He really wasn't gonna let that guy take her anywhere. He reminds me of my father. :)

  • This situation happened in front of me last year at a bar, a girl was coming out a bar drunk and I wasnt sure the guy with her was a boyfriend or stranger. They were fighting. It took me a few minutes to finally walk after them with my friend and 3 other men. I went up to the girl to ask if she was okay and it turned out that the guy was her boyfriend and I said I wanted to make sure she was alright but it was a hard situation just double checking that it wasnt some guy dragging her home

  • the moral of the story is: "don't get too drunk" !

  • Yeah everything is good in moderation. I mean they say it all the time drink responsibly. Most u need is a buzz. Why get crazy drunk?

  • WOW one of the only people to do nothing was a cop!!! Fuck when in uniform you cant keep the cunts out of your business.

  • were they drinking real alchohol? cuz they sure drank alot

  • lol... "mega millions"... fucked up, but those guys made me laugh...

  • green shirt guy is awesome!

  • This may sound inappropriate to say but the guy actor is hot!!! Mmmmmm :)

  • a cop doin all that????? somebody wud plz shit on his face

  • fuck she's hot

  • AWWWWWWWW, that guy in the yellow shirt was fucking adorable.

  • Isn't this how all the guys in the Jersey Shore get laid, anyway?

  • @TheBountykat

    loool

  • @TheBountykat no, since they don't proceed into raping and killing the gals

  • @TheBountykat Yeah, like having sex with a drunken chick would really be rape or something illegal!! C'mon, really!? Shit!!!

  • @Maloperverso , if she's at the point where she's unable to give consent, then, yes, it is raped. The same if she was drugged.

  • @Muirmaiden Seriously? What if I'm also drunk!? Drunk sex is wrong!? I guess I'll use all my will power to reject any drunk or half-drunk hotties that want me sexually or non-sexually!

  • The disturbing thing is that taking drunk girls to the hotel seem to be fairly acceptable in Hollywood, you see them pracing such behaviour in movies, sitcoms, and takshows, and is not seen with the seriousness that is seen rightnow. Disturbing that one show is trying to wake ppl up to stand up and help the intoxicated yet stupid woman and the other shows are worshiping the behaviour.

  • girls, behave don't drink that much! Ok your a human, you got rights bla bla bla, if your following your rights you gonna get raped, lol .. use your brain

  • hey cunts! DON'T GET DRUNK !!!! THIS WILL HAPPEN!!!

  • Why are all the What Would You Do actresses all so FUCKING FINEEEEE????

  • i think situations like this are always difficult. everyone picks up girls in a disco or at a bar, it doesn't have to be a rapist. i also pick up girls at a party but i won't rape them or force them to go with me :D at least for me it's not always clear if she goes with him cause she wants to or if she's just going with him cause he wants. idk if i'd get involved.. sure if she says she doesn't want to, or if she says she doesn't know him then help her, or at least ask her if she needs help

  • Sometimes it's like only the wrong people know about the bystander effect...

  • Those last 2 man are f*ckin' pigs. The cop should be fired.

  • join in

  • close the bars so satan won't kill ya daughters

  • (Continued from below) I drove to fleet avenue, where I thought she said she lived but wasn't sure, and went to a gas station to call the number she gave me. A man answered, and I described her to him, and he knew her. He gave me directions to his house, and she was safe. He said she doesn't drink, and somebody must have slipped something into her iced tea. I give praise to YHVH that he chose me to guide that girl to safety, or else I may have been reading about her in the paper.

  • I remember when I drove a taxi 16 years ago. I was outside a club in the flats, and it was bitter cold outside. The bouncers brought a girl outside with no coat, and set her on a bar stool. I sat there waiting for somebody to come out to tend to her, when all of a sudden, she staggered to my cab. I brought her inside, and she passed out. I asked her where she lived, and she didn't know. I asked a ton of questions, and the only thing she remembered, was her boyfriend's number (Continued)

  • The guy with the accent is so sweet.

  • I met my husband at a bar & neither of us was sober by the end of the night. We have been together ever since (8 yrs) and have a beautiful daughter. Let's face it a lot of people male and female go to bars to hook up. If people are concerned that a girl is being taken advantage of just ask her if she wants to leave with him. If she can't say YES that's a NO. And stop calling girls sluts for going to bars this is the 21st century people..

  • just because she isn't saying no doesn't mean she's saying yes

  • Bastards! I feel like killing all those disgusting stupid men that do this to girls and specially those two married men!

  • Drunk women in bars are open game, but buying the chick a drink is kind of 50/50 you might get sex you might not.

  • This is merely an old trick from an old play book...get the girl tipsy to soften her up, then take her to the mo' mo'. Nothing wrong with it. In fact I've done it before when I was younger. No harm no foul. If she chooses to walk out with me then I'll take that as a Yes.

  • @damiion666 A woman only gives consent to sex if she say's yes. Nothing else gives you a right to think she's said yes.

  • @Ochotama Alcohol helps women say yes than if they were sober...hence the trick getting em drunk hahaha!

  • @damiion666 She doesn't know what she's doing. You're a fucked up person.

  • @JuliusIsMe "She doesn't know what she's doing"....and neither did the drunk driver know what he was doing when he plowed his truck into a school bus and killed 10 kids. Bullshit, the drunk driver is held accountable for his actions and is not allowed to use the "i didn't know what I was doing" argument. Same with the drunken lady. We're not here to babysit her, she knew what she was getting herself into when she started slamming all those drinks. It's called personal responsibility

  • thank god we don't have these kind of drinks and we don't have bars in our country and I hope there never will be.

  • @HIKAJO It must be a boring country. Well at least it isn't a muslim country where u live. Those muzzies are crazy

  • @damiion666 Oh no it's not there is alot of festivals and holidays but it is a muslim country. I don't need something to drink to have an exciting life, don't you think it's kind of pathetic? and btw the name "muzzies" is awesome ;p

  • @HIKAJO Drinking goes way back since the days when they used to ferment wine from grapes. It is a natural substance and therefore anything God gives us to enjoy naturally that is fine, just like food and water.

  • @damiion666 well, it's not completely natural because you see you need man power to change it from grapes to wine and you can see the bad effects it has on the human body and mind.

  • @HIKAJO Eating isn't completely natural nowadays either. You need men to use machinery to plow the fields, irrigate the farms, etc. Doesn't matter, God still placed that food in the ground for man to figure out how to harvest it. Same with wine and alcohol. Even Jesus drank wine during his last supper.

"you can see the bad effects it has on the human body and mind"...Same thing with over eating..u can get heart disease, diabetes, etc. You have to eat in moderation same as alcohol.

  • @damiion666 I'm not christian, but this is a good information, so thank you. anyway all I'm saying is if I ate/drunk something that is going to harm me and I knew it then that is my fault but if that harm reaches other people I need to be stopped, and whatever causes this so it doesn't happen again.

  • HAHAHAHAHA omg I just got towards the end with the 2 married guys. I hope they both have daughters one day and then we'll see who's laughing now! PS I can just imagine them when they found out it was an experiment crying to John begging for their identities to be concealed .. hmm I wonder WHY.. oh right cuz it's WRONG

  • @EuroStatus1985 No it isn't wrong, and no it isn't illegal. The two married guys are on vacation and it isn't their job to stop drunk chicks from getting laid. Not their business. To each his own.

  • @damiion666 Excuse me.. they are MARRIED and they are saying they wanna get some. That's not wrong?

  • @EuroStatus1985 It seems to me like they're merely happy for the other guy hitting on the drunk chick, and they are merely living their fantasies thru him. They aren't the ones talking to her. And to my main point...it's not their JOB to stop 2 consenting adults from having a lil fun.

  • @damiion666 I don't think you watched the same video as me.. she is not consenting. She's saying she doesn't know him and she doesn't want to go.. bye

  • @EuroStatus1985 Her legs are saying something different as she walks away with him on her own two legs on her own free will. She isn't being carried off by him, they're walking together. If she was being dragged away kicking and screaming then obviously people would have said something.

  • @damiion666 Ok that's fine. That's your opinion. I hope this situation doesn't happen when you're the only one around.

  • @EuroStatus1985 This would never happen to me because I drink responsibly. If I drink and drive then I would be fully responsible. Same thing goes for if I go to a bar and let myself get wasted and walked away by sum guy.

  • @damiion666 I did not say this will happen to you I said if this is happening in a bar I hope YOU'RE not the only person there to help the girl.

  • To that first woman who says "Don't get involved" clearly your daughter was never ruffied and raped.

  • @EuroStatus1985 Clearly her daughter isn't a drunken slut who hangs out at bars.

  • Yeah! you get chicks drunk to bang them, thats the point lol and drunk sleezy women get little to no respect at all.

  • @DIJV79 That's right. They drank the booze, they have to live with the consequences. Just like a drunk driver is held accountable. They chose to put the drinks in their mouths it's called personal responsibility

  • @damiion666 Shhh! you can't say that around here lol.

  • @Steplaniao It isn't about women having a drink or two. It's about women getting completely shitfaced to the point of not being able to make smart decisions.

If a guy purposely preys on girls who are in this condition, he's a complete sleazeball, but part of the blame has to be put on the girls who put themselves in those positions.

Being drunk should not absolve you from responsibility Imagine driving drunk and killing someone in a car accident. "It's not my fault, officer! I was drunk!"

  • 8:54 Why would anyone willingly do that to their eyebrows? Why?

  • @ClydePaquinYT Not anymore there isn't. You can't have sex with a girl unless she gives verbal consent. If a girl is drunk, in the eyes of the law she is unable to give that consent. Basically, if you have sex with a drunk girl, it's rape. Doesn't matter if the male is drunk as well, or if the girl says yes a million times, it's considered rape. Of course, if the male is the only drunk person, then the woman isn't considered a rapist.

    Pretty messed up shit.

  • @JAWNO You're close to the truth but you're wrong. Rape is when you don't have the consent or when the victim can't give his/her consent. Your example makes no sense. If she can say "yes" a milion times, she can say "no" a million times. So she is "ABLE" to give consent or not. The term "drunk" have to be defined to. For me "drunk" doesn't mean almot unconscious. For me "drunk" it's like party time 5-6 beers and 2 shooters ;) Don't tell me I'm a rapist?! Cause she was really shouting Yes! Yes!!!

  • Comment removed

  • WTF THEY LITERALLY DRAG PEOPLE??!?!?!?!?!??

  • That cop should b fired.

  • That's why we shouldn't be drunk....and the girl should know the consequences that come with it. I also often wondered, about all the sleazeball who says 'It's just a for fun, no harms done' how if it's your daughters/sisters/nieces instead??? would you allow it be cause "it just for fun"??? again I see a pattern of double standard here fellas....

  • Also I'm not saying that taking advantage of someone or worse is at all defensible and it's pathetic to stoop that low but,

Does a girl who's going alone to a bar on her birthday really have no idea that this is going to happen? Do they really not want to meet anyone? Are they honestly not want to find someone to date?

I never go to bars and clubs because I find it sleazy, except at conferences or something like a country club with an open bar and it's all friends, who goes alone to a bar!?

  • 6:07

Oh come on, that's classic male bonding and to be fair, I doubt any of us would consider THAT GUY to be a rapist, he obviously doesn't need to be.

I'm not surprised that women put a stop to it and men don't, but the idea that "He knew that guy was trying to rape her and he didn't stop it" is just stupid.

"They're living vicariously through this guy"

So much for being a fucking psychologist, they do it because it gives them a slightly better chance of getting LAID to be all buddy buddy.

  • 1:35

THE GUY LOOKS RIGHT AT THE CAMERA

    "You believin' this shit?"

  • thats a smart way to rape a fine young woman go man

  • nothing will make ya feel as good as a slutty drunk girl

  • @blandishblaze Oh yeah? What if that "slutty drunk girl" was your sister? Or your daughter? Would that make you feel very good if some guy abducted her from a bar and then raped and murdered her and threw her in a trash can?

  • what about a man being taken away by a woman. Do they ever consider that?

  • @HerresKoolaid

People tend to overlook it since men almost always overpower women. If a chick you don't like tries to rape you, is it REALLY going to happen?

I agree that it is an issue either way, but statistically it just doesn't happen anywhere near as much, I've never heard of it happening but I'm sure it has somehow. Conversely I've heard a thousand stories the other way around.

  • @HerresKoolaid There is one for that scenario too.

  • what a scumbag cop.

  • 00:53 dafuq is brian o'conner is doing there?

  • I think the other point that came out of the other men's behaviour is that it's socially acceptable to lure drunk chicks away and rape them.. I'm a bit worried by that.

  • I feel bad for the married guys:/

  • 6:24 onwards is vile O__o

  • If I was that guy I would have slap those nosey fuckin people and then took that bitch to her room and put my cock all the way up her ass until I came! She would have love every second of it and begged me not to stop! Then I would have pull it out her ass and shoved it down her throat! O what a night! FUN!

  • The last couple of guys are reaaaaally letting the male gender down

  • thats why you shouldent drink it should be illegal theres no point it just hurts yourself and the people who care about you

  • quy in the qreen literally had me in tears :'( qod bless him

  • This reminds me of something that happened to me this summer. I was at Lollapalooza and their was this Young 20s Irish guy and he was drunk and he tried to convince me to go to his hotel with him& there was one bouncer and he kept on telling me someone goes missing every 30 minutes in Chicago, and when the Irish guy left. The guard told me "I wasn't about to let you go with him. I have a young daughter just like you and you don't know what could happen." God bless him.

  • LOL at the two guys at the end XD

  • LOL, but I do feel sorry for the girl who died. People have to ruin everything, even drunk girls for everyone else.

  • Okay, I'm seeing a lot of comments saying 'if you don't want this to happen, don't get drunk!

THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF THIS VIDEO!

The point is that if this was happening, (and I will point out that the girl was waiting for her friend, so no, she hadn't 'stupidly' gone out alone), they want to know if you would do the right thing! It doesn't matter where, or what the circumstances are, it's about DOING THE RIGHT THING!

  • @skulgirl123 so? did i ever said that's ok to rape someone? jesus christ! would you people read the comments and think about it before jump to conclusions?!

of course if i was there i would not let the guy take the girl with him...i think the guy in green did REALLY WELL!!! what i said in my comment was that every behavior is connected with some level of risk, i'm not saying it's the victim fault, all i'm saying is BE CAREFUL! it's just an advice good parents use to give to their children...

  • @RubasJLeone okay, now I feel like an idiot. I'm so sorry.

  • @skulgirl123 relax, that's ok lol i was just showing you that when someone says that women have some fault doesn't mean he is saying that victims are always the ones to blame...this world can be creepy place, you just need to be careful...

  • @RubasJLeone okay, thanks. Now i get what you're saying, and I agree with you.

  • The cop is an asshole... I wanna fly to New Jersey and punch him

  • Anyone who takes advantage of an intoxicated person is a creep and a coward. If anything, it makes the perpetrator even more despicable, preying on someone's weaknesses. The only way they can feel powerful is to dominate, control and hurt another person. And I'm very shocked at some of the comments I have read here. Rape is rape, and it's a crime, whether the victim was drunk, drugged, or 100% sober. No one has the right to violate anyone else. It is not the victim's fault.

  • @Muirmaiden Absolutely! I'm getting sick of these comments saying 'if you don't want to get violated, don't get drunk!'.

  • @Muirmaiden did i ever said it's right to rape someone? hmmm...i don't think so....i think you misinterpreted my comment...

yes, anyone that takes advantage of an intoxicated person is a creep, but guess what...newsflash for you, this sick world is FULL OF CREEPS! what i meant to say is that both man and woman should be careful with their actions, what's so absurd about that?

  • @Muirmaiden of course it's not the victims fault!!! but if i can i would try to decrease the chances of being a victim....basically any good parent will try to do that for her daughter, what's so wrong about that?? i'm a open minded person but i'm sure one day when i'm gonna be a father and i see my daughter go out to drink and have fun dressed with some top and a mini-skirt...damn i'm gonna feel really bad...what's so rude about that? i never said it's ok to rape!

  • @RubasJLeone , well, rape is not related to the way women dress - hence why babies and elderly women have also been raped. I see what you're saying about not putting oneself in risky or vulnerable situations, but then you can't be afraid or not leave the house 24/7 - very often things happen in neighborhoods or places or with people the victim trusts - sad, but there you have it.

  • @RubasJLeone , you also can't know what someone else will do - all perpetrators have different MOs, and every victim can react differently when it comes to fear and intimidation, which is why saying what you would do in that kind of situation is a moot point because you don't know until you're in it. It's just really complicated. You can only do the best you can, and to be honest, many strong women who felt safe have been raped also. Such a crazy world we live in!

  • @Muirmaiden True...Creepy World....

  • @Muirmaiden Read what I said again. 1. The unsub should be punished by the law. 2. The woman is a retard for drinking alone in excessive amounts without proper supervision (by that I mean friends). 3. Unless proven with excessive evidence that the girl didn't want anything to do with the sexual encounter (again due to reasoning 2, which would mean she is retarded for not practicing safe drinking), the guy should just be given a slap on the wrist. Murder is entirely different.

  • @GrimReaper1169 , if a guy takes advantage of a woman knowing full well that she is drunk or drugged, he is still responsible for taking advantage of her, period. A slap on the wrist? Obviously you've never been in a situation like this or know anyone who has been. No one deserves to be raped and no one deserves to get away with it - whether the victim is drunk or not.

  • @GrimReaper1169 Why should the guy just be given a slap on the wrist...? Just because she was drinking doesn't give him the right to go up and try to lure her in. He should be a real man about it, and not even attempt to. Sure it may be the woman's problem for drinking in the first place, but it's common sense to not do what he did. Obviously she had no idea what was really happening, so he decided to target her, since she was weak/drunk.

  • How different is dressing decently from other forms of conduct? Take this for example: You see someone you don't like in the street, insult him, and then he stabs you. You go whining that you have freedom of speech blah blah. But from the start you could have avoided such a thing from the start. When will people start taking responsibility for their own actions?

  • the girl is sexyyyyyyy

  • Women = team work

Men = defend yourself, lone wolf, no teamates

  • But anyway...props and respect to that man who saved her!!! =)

  • Well, a men should not take advantage like that, but at the same time i think in this kind of situation it's women fault too...

I mean, if you get "defenseless" when you are drunk...then DON'T DRINK THAT MUCH! Simple as that!!! I'm tired of girls crying about getting raped when they are drunk...if you stay sober and if you go out with a large group of GOOD friends, the probability of being raped drops 80%...just saying...

  • @RubasJLeone , a woman being drunk is not an open invitation for someone to rape them. In fact, when a woman is at the point where she can't consent, well, it's a no-brainer. It's not as if the guy doesn't know the woman is drunk - what about rapists who drug women & rape them? There are women who have been raped when they are 100% sober as well - no one deserves to be raped, & no one has the right to rape anybody else. While getting drunk is not smart, it does not warrant rape.

  • @Muirmaiden wow...did i ever said it's ok to rape a girl?? read my comment again please...

  • Shame on the cop and fat guy!!

  • The guy in lime green-- I cried with him! He was so amazing. "I have my daughter; twenty-five year old. And they die every year!.. They die, all these kids. I don't like it to happen to any woman like that."

  • rob men upfront or file a lawsuit so they dont have to work! I had a buddy who's parents died and they were really wealthy and he got into a situation like this and the women who was ready and willing that night took him to court within a month trying to take him for all he was worth! lucky for him he had about four witnesses and an amazing lawyer but the line is just so fine in terms of the situation!

  • this scenario has way to many variables, i mean clearly if the guy is dragging her out and she is saying she doesnt know him it is cause for concern, but these women are also adults and are free to make there own choices and if they choose to go back to a hotel room with a stranger it is their choice is it not? i mean i dont condone rape if this happened to my sister i would be beyond pissed but at the same time there are girls out there who get themselves into these situations to either...
