This situation happened in front of me last year at a bar, a girl was coming out a bar drunk and I wasnt sure the guy with her was a boyfriend or stranger. They were fighting. It took me a few minutes to finally walk after them with my friend and 3 other men. i think situations like this are always difficult. everyone picks up girls in a disco or at a bar, it doesn't have to be a rapist. i also pick up girls at a party but i won't rape them or force them to go with me :D at least for me it's not always clear if she goes with him cause she wants to or if she's just going with him cause he wants. idk if i'd get involved.. sure if she says she doesn't want to, or if she says she doesn't know him then help her, or at least ask her if she needs help

(Continued from below) I drove to fleet avenue, where I thought she said she lived but wasn't sure, and went to a gas station to call the number she gave me. This reminds me of something that happened to me this summer. I was at Lollapalooza and their was this Young 20s Irish guy and he was drunk and he tried to convince me to go to his hotel with him& there was one bouncer and he kept on telling me someone goes missing every 30 minutes in Chicago, and when the Irish guy left. Anyone who takes advantage of an intoxicated person is a creep and a coward. If anything, it makes the perpetrator even more despicable, preying on someone's weaknesses. The only way they can feel powerful is to dominate, control and hurt another person. And I'm very shocked at some of the comments I have read here.
