@sweetiepiesonal im diagnosed with acute myopia since im 10yrs old..had holes in my eyes-obviously not visible when you look directly at it..had mine done on the 2nd of August 2010 for both eyes..it's not annoying at all..as for pain i did feel acute pain but only for 8-10 seconds..dnt worry..:)

@sweetiepiesonal by the way im still living with my acute myopia..will do a refractive surgery when 22yrs..

Looks painful but I think they would put anesthetic eye drops before surgery.

And look at that smile 4:10. I want to smile like that!

@isengate Yes, they use anaesthetic drops before surgery so you don't feel a thing

@StrangeShipper - no, it does not correct a lazy eye. But the operation can correct refractive errors, in spite of a lazy eye.

@guynormas - Yes, laser eye surgery can correct astigmatism and has been doing so for many many years
