1. Can you buy a carry case/pouch for it?

2. Would you recommend this over the SDR- S26?

yeah, im pretty sure there is a case for it. if not im sure they will make a case its size. also i dont own the sdr-s26, so i dont know. i only own this, a digital camera and the samsung mx20. sorry

we have the same camera and I love it I will never regret buying it soecially for the low price of 169.00 at best buy ! great quality pic and the size of the camera its cool !!

yeah its a good camera, but im getting a new one because some stuff with this camera arent to good. it has some pros and cons, but all cameras do/

That first "speaker" you pointed at (the one on the front) is actually the holes for the microphone. It's a stereo microphone too, which I like.
