You can actually see the deformations and damage on those windows and IMO, the "caricatures" are just the windows from that opposing building reflected on damaged glass, nothing else... and even if those windows were new, the reflections would have some distortion... so i actually think it's mother nature, with her optical illusions.

In an official document, a government agency presented an image that they said was a photograph of a real event. Turns out it is an artist's rendition of who knows what.

That proves several important things; fakes were introduced into the evidence stream. Government agencies presented those fakes as legitimate meaning they were in on it.
