The Nazis had camps like all other superpowers, as Germany started losing, more and more money left the camps to go to the German soldiers who were dying. The more money that went to the soldiers, the more the camps were bankrupt and people died of starvation. The pictures you see are only pictures of starved people, not exterminated people. Hitler even ordered bomber planes to drop PAMPHLETS ON LONDON for peace.

It was Britain and France who declared war against Germany, when Hitler invaded Poland in September 1939. It was a stupid decision, from a strategic point of view: Germany was allied with the USSR then, and the US of course were neutral. France had wanted to react in the mid-1930s against the nazi military build-up, but had its hands tied by British and US appeasement policy, as well as by a strong communist sabotage of national defense. Declaring war in 1939 was too late or too early.
