@ubermonkey120 LOOOOOOOOOOOL i've just seen your channel... No wonder why nobody likes you! You cant just go around being such a little kid and insulting other. Well, you just have ALOT to learn from life.
@ubermonkey120 What you mean to say is "Fuck you thebigbluedino you piece of shit. I hope you die in space, Nigger" But since you probably have the education equivalent to a 2nd grader it's ok to look as stupid as you do. Quit talking when you learn how to spell and talk to me like a normal person then come back and try to insult me.
@thebigbluedino I'm supposed to be in 9th grade.im not goin though cuz i aint no peice of shitt neeerd.i already workin at a walmart so i can already afford to live on myy own bitch.im gunna move out in 6 munths to live with my gfs in an apartment we all workin and we gonna do gud
@ubermonkey120 Dude just because someones "Smart" doesn't make them a nerd. It's better to be smart than to not. People who are generally smarter are a lot more successful in life dude. Hard work pays off.
@ubermonkey120 HOW DOES IT HOLD YOU BACK. People who go to college make an average of $900,000 more than someone who has an high school education. You're fucking working at wal-mart thats not impressive. You probably don't like school because you were no good at it. Jesus Christ either your really stupid or your doing this to make me angry lol.
@ubermonkey120 Hmm ... Walmart has NO future for you! Perhaps if you finished school you would realize that Walmart likes to enslave their employees by not hiring them full time so they don't have to give them any benefits ... in case you know what benefits are. And perhaps you should also finish school so you know how to spell correctly. You may be able to get promoted to "manager" at Walmart, but for that you need to know how to spell. Good luck! Hope you wake up from your dream some day.
@ubermonkey120 nerds are people too they think the same like you many nerds have not girlfriend so why discriminating us I dislike discriminating even we are nerds other races maybe you can read about astronomy many eveven people some not are nerd read astronomy Einstein For Example He Was not nerdy He have low caracter in Math

@TheOnlyMeta it's not a catastrophe if people aren't hurt by it. It's not something I'm worried about, that's for sure. The universe is a beautiful thing
@TheOnlyMeta No it wouldn't be catastrophe. It would be normal cosmic process. Collision would take billions of years. Process would be so slow no one would notice anything. And galaxy material is condensed in stars that are more that few lights years away. Between stars gravity is so weak that is highly unlikely that will stars will collide each to other. Yes, if you calculate density of galaxies they are mostly empty.
@salvadormarley it is not hypnotnic God create us so wee can feel majestic wee cannot even understand how big universe are when i hear this my head blast off because universe are so big :-)
i can't believe only 18,615 people have viewed this video. no wonder there are still retards out there that still believe in god. science is the best thing ever to happen to mankind.
I saw this episode today, those simulations are pretty good, one of the few like that I've seen, think how trippy it must've been then, Cosmos was amazingly well made!
God made billions of galaxies because he and FEW humans will live eternal
If you are going to live forever and keep creating beings like angles humans and others we probably don't know about arnt you going to need and endless array of galaxies think about it if you live forever you will need an endless space to explore
@ferrarimike23 Oh, and what evidence do you have for god having anything to do with anything? And in fact, how do you know god even exists or did exist?
Truly awe-inspiring. The cosmos is so beautiful in its complexity that at times I'm filled with a euphoric rush of joy at having this privilege to live for just an insignificant minuscule amount of time in the grand scheme of the Universe. When you have this kind of perspective all the small insignificant troubles in your life just slip away and even the bad things seem beautiful in a way.
Hmmm, why did God make billions and billions of galaxies in the universe, but only select one, including the pale blue dot, just to watch us for his appeasement?
This century will mark humanities first fumblings out of our solar system. People living today will actually get to see other worlds first hand and we may even know of living things on other worlds.

@skyliner288 The problem with your original quote was that you said "people didn't discover earth until the time of colombus". Yes you are right that the spherical shape of the earth was discovered in ancient times. Columbus was one of many people who discovered the Americas. He wasn't the first though. :-)
@fourtrees44 well it wouldnt suprise me the Idiocy of humans is unbounded , and we only get a few smart ones like sagan to come along and encourage us to pull our minds from the dregs of ignorance
@MrMalavon and this is in like 1.5 billion years that it will happen, right? How far will we be away from our galaxy by then, if ever... I guarantee if the human race keeps generating positivity and thought we can survive one of these collisions
@StOnion Apparently, nothing actually collies when two galaxies collide, on average, due to the vast spaces in between, like an atom. So surviving this wouldnt really be the hard part, surviving the red giant our sun will become will be, due to having to find a new home.
@JayDee98765 Yes the likely hood of an actual collision with another star would be very remote. However, gravity will throw our solar system around a bit and we'd either get flung into dark space or start heading towards the super massive black hole war in the centre of the 2 galaxies.
When the Andromeda galaxy does collide with the Milky Way. It will disrupt all of the orbital patterns of the stars. It will fling stars, planets, comets, left, right and centre. But as you said, there is likely to be no collisions, other than through comets.
