Yes, looks a lot like the old Vertol H-21 (Originally Piasecki) My dad was in charge of a squad of half a dozen in the 50's. I remember those 'flying bananas' quite fondly. What a cool old work bird.

It could be a Chinook... but right now it is more of a H-21 Shawnee.
