  • Listening to Palin giving a speech is like listening to someone who flunked "Cells and Systems" lecture 3rd year med students.

  • How can intelligent people believe her? And they say that Tea Partiers are largely educated people. Just goes to prove what Bob Dylan said when he was asked what he thought about college. He said simply, "Lots of people go there."

  • yall are all fucking losers.. wake up and see what obama has done to our country in only 16 months. fucking brainless losers.

  • @haggardfool you can't start an argument with "yall" it just makes you look dumb.

  • This just shows the imminent disconnect from the republicanized leadership of the tea party movement with the base support that gives it its real strength.

To draw a parallel, think of election support for Obama. The base of his support was an almost idealistic movement that wanted america to move in a new direction. When these idealistic goals faded, so did its support.

When the grass roots element is dropped from the tea party, we might see the same scenario.

  • @carnivalfun1 Or more likely they will influence the GOP to reduce the debt by using smaller government more efficiently and spending less. Both sides agree that debt has to be eliminated. We can get a fairer tax by simplifying the tax code and eliminating tax havens. This truth cannot be denied except by Progressive Alinsky organizer clones revising history again.

  • Palin gets it, the left does not. Common sense - 60% of my income is enough taxes already. If we raise the tax burden of productive Americans anymore the Laffer curve and history explains this. The government needs to spend less and do more with less thru efficiency just like the real world does. Smaller government will force this as they cannot seem to do it anyway. The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help Viva Ronald Reagan Che=punk

  • $100,000.00 for THIS? SUCKERS!!!

  • tejas - you think these people were suckers?

Glenn Beck is trying to pull the same crap right now -- pocket a ton of money from sheep who can hear his same BS on the radio every day.

Didn't someone say a sucker is born every minute?

  • in before comments and ratings disabled

  • "this convention isn't for everyone, it's for the leaders" ya like you babyboomer fucks who screwed up this country once and you want to do it again with palin, i'm sorry the real change agents who are mostly young, some still in college were unable to attend your "leader's meeting". nice going, fake tea parties. how about ron paul for real change.

  • These are a bunch of dumb shits to support Palin.

Ron Paul is 100 times more intelligent.

And so is Debra Medina who we need to elect as Governor in Texas over CORPORATE WHORES PERRY and HUTCHINSON.

  • These fucks are elites along with Mccain and they are not leading shit! no votes for Mcain No votes for Rick fucktard Perry....We tea party people are voteing for Debra Madina ,Rand Paul, Kokesh,Harris,Schiff, you fuckers will see come vote time 2010!

  • Gaylord Gopryland..wtf

  • We cannot change the past (unless you are a Progressive/Liberal/Socialist/ Communist revising it). The future is what needs to be taken care off. The only answer is lower taxes (40 % max not the current 60% paid by the productive like me when you add in all the hidden taxes). Smaller government (they cannot run anything correctly anyway). This is not the change that Obama promised. It's the same tired, old solution we've always heard from big government liberals. Viva Reagan, Che was a murderer!

  • u go ahead and follow the Progs and then enjoy the poverty and misery that follows. I happen to love doing research of both sides and then one should come to their own conclusions based on your beliefs and values. The answer is in the middle somewhere not on the extreme left as most of the unions, poor, universities, entertainers and environmentalists. Nor is it on the far right as most of the business owners, rich, law enforcement, military, religious and entrepreneurs would have us believe.

  • There you go again. I wasn't planning on following the "Progs," but the Republicans nominated McCain/Palin.

  • @mon1er u are correct McCain is also a Progressive

  • Let me get this straight. You believe in a Middle Path, yet are lifting quotes straight from The Heritage Foundation?

  • I am a Conservative but understand that listening to both sides then coming to your own conclusion. Just need to focus our assets where the most good can be done and cut existing programs that are not succeeding.

Neither extreme is desired we need to balance unions needs with business and free and independent workers rights neither one should be favored. We cannot bankrupt the economy for the environment a balanced solution is required. Throwing more money at a problem is not the answer.

  • I know the country is in big trouble but I hope people are not looking to her to fix it or we will be in bigger trouble and why would anybody pay to see her, crazy!

  • "la-dee-da-dee-da" --Sarah Palin

  • Palin gets it, the left does not. Common sense - 60% of my income is enough taxes already. If we raise the tax burden of productive Americans anymore the Laffer curve and history explains this. • Palin is a stupid cunt repeating platitudes. She doesn't have any actual plans.

  • The Laffer Curve should not be the reason you raise or lower taxes -- Arthur Laffer

  • @MMS747 "an economy hampered by restrictive tax rates will never produce enough revenues to balance our budget just as it will never produce enough jobs or enough profits In short, it is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now" JFK

  • You cut taxes, and the tax revenues increase -- George W. Bush

  • GWB was no fiscal conservative(his dad was though)!

  • It sounds like Voodoo economics -- George H.W. Bush

  • Read my lips: no new taxes -- George H.W. Bush

  • They are also building schools for the Afghan children so that there is hope and opportunity in our neighboring country of Afghanistan -- Sarah Palin

  • Let's invade Iraq - George W. Bush

  • If she goes up against Obama it seems like he'll be in charge for one more turn....

  • PAYING to listen to one of the dumbest person on earth.??!!!!! I guess the attendees feel less retarded and less bad about themselves when they hear her.

If only sarah palin knew the definition of self-esteem, she would know she doesn't have any, but then again, not sure if she would really understand.......

  • Definition of a 'bagger: Rich, greedy, ignorant old fart. Did I mention grumpy?

  • look like a convention for money baggers.

  • sarah palin is not what the tea party rep. tea party started in 2007 to protest bush spending.

  • it says so much about the intelligence level of ,members when Sarah Palin is a guest speaker...the woman has the IQ of a salad

  • Obama is a centrist, but at least he's practicing what he preaches. He is trying to manage a shitty position, which is hard as fuck to do. But at least he's doing it and doing it well.

He believes Democracy is about every party getting some of what they want. Republicans are getting some of what they want. Don't let them fool you.

  • Like I vote for people who practice what they preach and preach what they practice.

It doesn't matter what the fuck it is. It shows resilience and backbone. To not fall for the same bullshit. To not be scared when someone cries wolf and shit their pants damn near putting the country bankrupt.

That's why we're at war and that's why we passed the bailout even after the market stabilized.

    Simple fucking concept folks.

  • Ron Paul is a libertarian. I totally would vote for him because he at least understands his philosophy and how what he believes in works and how to make that concept work.

    He doesn't spout bullshit.

I'll vote for a Bob Dole even though he's boring. But boring is good. Boring means not fucking things up. Sticking to tried n true. So what if he helped design the healthcare package. It's a centrist and boring solution, but it'll fucking work.

  • I want a leader who doesn't know why there is a North Korea.

She doesn't understand history. Most people don't know why there was a Korean war, but I do expect our leaders to understand contemporary history.

    I really do.

I'll vote for a Bob D, a Tom D, a Ron P, but I won't vote for a damn Sarah P. I'll vote for a Hillary so don't pull out that feminist crap on me.

It's not about what party you belong to. It's about moral high ground, philosophy, and understanding what you are doing.

  • Yes I totally trust and believe a lady who writes notes on her hand, quits her job a Governor in the face of adversity, and makes fun of someone for using technology when she makes $250,000+ in the last year to just give speeches.

You are an awesome citizen Sarah P. I am jealous I want to stand up in front of a crowd of people spouting bullshit from my ass and getting paid shittons of money for it.

  • a lot of old Nazi croons in the crowd. Just wait 10 years and all of them will die off lol

  • Maybe you don't get the tea party movement.

WE don't give a fuck about your Democrat or Republican ass.

And if people are willing to pay for the Tea Party Convention? Then guess what? Let them. It's none of your business how others spend their personal wealth.

Sarah was wonderful and has the right spirit.

  • How many Millions did obama raise on the way to his election win?

  • Palin, leader of nutjobs, extremists and tinfoil hat people

  • Number one the organizers are true to their beliefs, anything for a buck. This is also proof that these people must have brain damage. If this is the best they can get??????????????????????????????

  • @superchet1 "There is a distinct pattern throughout American history: When tax rates are reduced, the economys growth rate improves and living standards increase. Good tax policy has a number of interesting side effects. For instance, history tells us that tax revenues grow and rich taxpayers pay more tax when marginal tax rates are slashed. This means lower income citizens bear a lower share of the tax burden" Daniel J. Mitchell, Ph.D.

  • @dsmith6289 I agree with that comment and we need less tax on productive activities that should be encouraged as all of society gains some benefits. We also need to slash government spending, but if more money needs to go to government to balance spending, it should come from taxing destructive and luxury products and activities to discrourage those ways of spending. On the other side, I think government does have a role in breaking up the largest corporate monopolies.

  • I'm guessing you lifted this from the 1st paragraph of Heritage Foundation WebMemo #327. Many of the glowing figures given in that memo don't take inflation into account; and those that do, don't take population increase into account. If you figure the annual rate of growth of real revenue per capita, those "distinct patterns" tend to disappear. The "good tax policy" he talks about appears to be the "Laffer Curve," which has a dubious history.

  • Do you really think anyone would buy a gilded teabag, given the sexual connotation?

  • Comment removed

  • We cannot change the past (unless you are a Progressive/Liberal/Socialist/ Communist revising it). The future is what needs to be taken care off. • Reagan helped created almost all of our current geopolitical problems through interventionist policies in favor of reactionaries and totalitarians. His blind reliance on the market and his proselytizing efforts helped destroy the developing world and compound the problems of slums. And his economic policies of monetarism and deregulation lead to the savings and loan crisis in the 80s. The Deficit boomed, spending increased and the government took a bigger place in the american social life.

  • mfing propaganda

  • Funny the left said the same things about and attacked Reagan that they are now doing with Palin and Reagan started the last good economic run that lasted till a few years ago. If Low Taxes, Less Government and a strong Military are dumb, then lets get dumb!

I'd rather entrust the government of the United States to the first 400 people listed in the Boston telephone directory than to the faculty of Harvard University.

    William F. Buckley, Jr.

  • The surest way to make a monkey of a man is to quote him. -- Robert Benchley

  • Palin endorsing globalist Rick Perry over conservative Debra Medina and progressive elitist John McCain over JD Hayworth pretty much makes her just another RINO, liberal republican loser.

  • f u pre-roll ads. im left this comment, they are still playing.. im leaving this youtube page before this video starts.

  • Neoconservative - a former liberal espousing political conservatism.

I do not believe Palin was ever a liberal.

No tax increases are required we just need to focus our assets where the most good can be done and cut existing programs that are not succeeding. Just plane good old common sense.

  • Neoconservative - 2. a conservative who advocates the assertive promotion of democracy and United States national interest in international affairs including through military means.

  • Sarah Palin is a neocon, but she can see libertarians from her house.

  • These ppeople don't know what the hell they're doing. Media propaganda has fried their brains. One year ago, 59 percent of the American public liked the stimulus plan, according to Gallup. A few months later, with the economy still deeply mired in recession, a majority of the same size said Obama was spending too much on it. Sixty percent of Americans want stricter regulations of financial institutions. But nearly the same proportion says we're suffering from too much regulation on business.

  • I posted a similar thought a couple of weeks ago. Didn't go over too well. People don't like it when you put the blame on them.

  • These people will learn the hard way. You know what I had someone tell me the other day - the reason why the deficit was reduced to nothing under Clinton was because of Republican policies. I was about to start banging my head on the wall. When Clinton passed his Debt Reduction Act., every single Republican voted against it. And they're doing the same thing now. They flipped out over Obama suggesting pay-go. They wouldn't go for Obama's debt commission. All while claiming to be Conservatives.

  • ridiculous . didn't republicans get it when they hooked up with the religious crazy conservatives lol

  • The National Tea Party and Tea Party Express and Republican Neo-Con ploy to hijack the movement to get one of the political puppets into office in 2012.

Many grassroots Tea Parties dislike the National Tea Party and Tea Party express.

Same with FOX. I wonder what Glenn Beck would think if he knew these Tea Parties were started by 9/11 truthers in 2006 over a dispute with the 9/11 Commission Report.

  • They fleeced a bunch of sheep.

But it didn't go unnoticed, now Beck is in on the act...anyone know the price range on the Beck tickets?

  • StubHub lists the Bold and Fresh Tour stop in Norfolk at $99-$400. Baaaa!

  • So, Sarah Palin wants to become president. On the positive side: George Washington had no governing experience when he became president. On the negative side: She probably doesn't know who George Washington was.

  • @MMS747 wait...wasn't George Washington one of her favorite "Founding Fathers?" wait....she liked "all of them"...same as her reading material. It did take her a few minutes to think of him.....maybe "Father of our Country" gave her a clue.

  • If this is a Tea party, then America need a coffee party to WAKE UP!

  • Sarah Palin is one hot MILF....

  • TEA FAGGERS.... WHAHHAAAHHAAAHHHAAAAAAAaaaaa.....

    What'ya mean "grove-up"... NOOWAAYYyy..

    TEA FAGGERS... WHHAAAAHHAAAAHHHAAAaaaaa.....

  • I attended a number of Ron Paul rallies, but we didn't have racist comments & signs like I've heard & seen from the tea-baggers & we also didn't attract some many people with low IQs.

  • Some of what's happening is Ron Paul's own fault. He should never have shared that stage with Michele Bachmann.

  • the tea party is basicly poor sports the product of taking the rope out of jump rope the ball out of dodge ball in school. i think its called the wussification of america but then again it could be good old american racism

  • palin needs to pay off those huge bills from spree shopping so much, please, wont you help sara palin get back to para sailin

  • Is the guy at 1:14 drunk?!? Are you sure this was a tea party? I'm thinking it was more of a bourbon party by the sound of this one.

  • lolz...

    and that's the word...

  • Well gee I guess if you could not pay for it - you shouldn't be there. If you are saving your money you could afford it. Too bad CBS whines so much about Palin, it just hurts their ratings even more.

  • it's for the leadership, not retard sheep!

    Palin is the tea-birther Queen

  • I don't care what she is I still wanna fuck her.

  • @stonerbudkap thats what I'm saying.

  • Sarah Palin is an idiot.

  • @SmexyAsianGirls - At least Sarah knows the difference between the words "corpse" and "corp" unlike the smartest mulatto ever to grace the halls of Harvard! By the way, do you think he failed lunch at Harvard?

  • @StinkingHombre At least he can say nuclear.

  • @mwsomerset - but does he know the difference between the words "corpse" and "corp?" NO! he doesn't!

  • ."To have a leadership convention where you lock out the grass roots members of the party is pretty stupid and goes against the whole idea of the party. So, already they are classifying/stratifying the party! Not Good! Not Good at all! And I do think they need to get rid of Mrs Palin." RIGHT ON THE MONEY

  • I have a feeling you and I would disagree on almost every political perspective but regardless of political affiliation your comments in regards to the tea party movement have been very honest and insightful. Congratulations you are one of the few social conservatives on YT that arent absolutely blinded by party loyalties.

  • National Socialism was an awesome form of government. No Jews, Negroes, homos, etc. The German economy had been obliterated by the Jewish internationalists after WW1, but it only took the NSM 3 years to rebuild it, and all they had to do was remove the people causing the problems. That's all we have to do here in America too.

Actually our country was very close to the Third Reich at one time. We had the same segregation laws that the NSM did, and that was when America was safe and prosperous.

  • Your mother sucks Arab cocks in Hell.

  • @loonmaniac

Are you an Arab? I just wondered.

  • @ loonmaniac

This is typical of how Jews answer their [many] critics.

  • Jews? Never heard of 'em.

  • You forgot 'oy vey.'

  • National Socialism had very little to do with actual socialism.

  • Well the Tea Party was in first place until the Jews sent over their neo-con pro-Israel fanatics to wreck everything, as they did to the GOP. They don't have to do it to the Democrats because that party is already a degenerate freak show.

  • No me gusta esta puta pendeja.

  • Ha! She is a gaylord retard!

  • And americans^^as smart as you are, haaarp haarp, dont get fooled by the left, right puppet show again^^Ron Paul ftw

  • Ron Paul sucks.

  • gaylord lmao

  • Pick people to represent you based of what they stand for regardless of party affiliation

Pick someone who shares your views. Pick someone new. All incumbents should be replaced this election cycle. Those who were there when the shit hit the fan, and were responsible for iit, or unable to stop it, are failures.

  • Palin ran for vice president in the last election. She is not exactly new. Matter of fact, this whole tea party movement has discredited herself by inviting palin. Were they really upset with government or did they just want the repubs to win the last election...hmmm

  • @qualityrkc

You don't understand the tea party movement. I went to a couple of tax revolt demonstrations here in SoCal last year. There were maybe 300 people at the first one, and only about 70 people at the second one while I was there.

We weren't promoting any political personages at all. We were interested in taking our country back from progressives.

  • Tamarlane, do YOU understand the tea party movement? I remember you when you were promoting Mitt Romney, defending neocon policies, and ridiculing tea parties and "Ron Paulers" in general. Funny how you weren't much interested in tea parties before Fox News got involved. Now, you want to "take our country back from progressives." And what did you want in 07-08?

  • I liked Mitt Romney in the last race over the other candidates true.

I did not ridicule tax revolt demonstrations that morphed into tea parties.

I did ridicule Ron Paul while admiring many of his ideas and policies. He is an anachronism that would have been good in 1900 or so. Totally impractical, imossible solutions for today's world, imhu.

    |And Yes. we must defeat the progressives.

  • Oceania has always been at war with Eastasia.

  • @qualityrkc She isn't saying anything new either.

  • GOP or Dem, conservative or liberal, rogue or sycophant, monarchy or proletariat.... all possible labels aside. THIS WOMAN IS A MORON!

  • She really bugs you, eh?

  • Whether you agree with her or not; Sarah Palin is a great speaker. Her ability to move people emotionally would definitely put her in the populist or demagogue (depending on your view of her) category of politicians.

On some issues I agree with her; on many others I do not. Sarah Palin though it cannot be denied is one of the great communicators today on the political scene.

  • No she isn't. She made little sense, she merely said the same stuff she said at the RNC convention. Like Reagan, she is good at reading a script, anad that's it.

  • You don't think she is good at raising money?

You don't think she is good at driving progressives up the wall?

  • So what? If stupid people are motivated to give money because of her, who cares? She doesn't drive "progressives" up the wall, she is an endless source of amusement.

Checking out her palm for talking points in the Q&A was hilarious.

  • At least, one way or the other, she has your attention.

  • Derision. She has the gift of being hilarious without cracking a single joke.

  • She is a rock star.

  • @TAMARLANE ..smart as a rock...

  • i hate nazi scum not for there political belief the murder thing well what do you think we need?

  • we need a socialist goverment and not these ameture ass nazi fags a goverment thats is based on putting these rich ass holes in there place people like palin..grass roots BS how many middle class people can drop it all to go picket in DC are pay 500 bucks to go to a convention..none thats a privilege for the rich republicans democrats tea bags and if you dont belive that you dont know what its like to be middle class/POOR

  • Poor Liberal CBS, they're afraid of every conservative. Oh well CBS, too bad we are coming back and will deal with you and your kind harshly !

  • You trust a bumbling idiot?

  • you voted for president in 2009? thats pretty impressive

  • Heh heh. I just got it.

  • I see you found your way out of the booth.

  • The tea party leadership in the words of Rodney Dangerfield. "Looks like the march of the living dead."

  • That tea party crowd is one racially diverse crowd...

  • The only party that is racially diverse are the democrats and they ruining this country.

Go Tea Party! Keep it white. Keep it right.

  • I think the Tea Partiers all went to a cross burning when the convention was over.

  • No...I burned a doobie.

  • @JoeAverage86 It is quite apparent that you have no idea about the Constitution or the principles of our Nation. Racist assholes like you are no different than the Nazis.

  • I'm molding myself after Chicago Liberal Democrats.

  • Why does the plaque on the podium say "Gaylord?" Kind of wierd and funny since the dumb whore is a homophobe.

  • "Dumb whore"....another compassionate, caring liberal dispalying its true colors.

  • @JoeAverage86 Well, she is a dumb whore. And Keep It Gay, 'Cause That's Okay!!! Legalize Gay Marraige!!!

  • Legalize weed, not gay cock sucking.

  • why not both?

  • The Real tea parties are free, this was a Beck\Palin\Neocon attempt to either discredit the tea party movement or take over the Tea Party by playing on people's emotions. was nothing more then an Obama-bash-fest. anyone that wants to know about the real tea partiers go to campaign for liberty.

  • haha. these people are so sad!!!!

how's that stupid, racist thing workin out for ya?

  • Pretty good for Obama

  • damn, were you trying to pimp her out or were you supporting her?

  • Es la más cavernícola.

  • And these compasionate, caring liberals are scared of her.

  • It's funny that you think that compassionate and caring liberal is somehow an insult.

  • I take it you have trouble detecting sarcasm?

  • I'm perfectly aware that you're writing in a sarcastic way, but that doesn't mean that you're not trying to use those words as an insult.

  • "Ron Paul 2012"

So...is he running for the Republican Party or the Libertarian Party this time? He can't seem to make up his mind.

  • Political party does not matter. The Constitution, Liberty and Freedom are what matters. And you sound like a TV sound bite.

Ron Paul 2012... the most consistent politician ever.

  • I can't wait for her to get all old and ugly so they'll lose their fascination with her, and she'll just fade away.

  • Remember you said that when it happens to you.

  • I'm not a ditzy brunette that's more famous for being a hot politician than being a politician.

    And, sadly, it's already happening.

  • Beauty is only skin deep, but being an ugly liberal is to the bone.

  • Tea Baggers are firmly rooted in hypocrisy. Blind to their own stupidity.

  • Could they try to drink a little bit less alcohol before attending/speaking to a network reporter? You could smell a couple of them through the monitor! Sheesh.

  • The leadership? Does that mean big corporations that want to control how sheep think? No one with an IQ over 100 can think Palin is able to lead our country. She's riding this as far as she can to line her pockets. She has to make notes on her hand to remember her "core values".

  • Try and IQ over 60. But, sadly, that's about one third of the country. Remember, one out of five Americans can't even find the United States on a map.

And every time somebody insults Palin's intelligence those people embrace and defend her as their role model. Ignorance is fast becoming an identity politics thing. That's why politicians have to dumb-down their resumes if they expect to get elected. Being a Rhodes Scholar is something to keep secret these days.

  • 1 out of 5? That's 20%

Isn't that the same number of Americans that think Palin should be president. You think there's a correlation? There is also a ISN Citizenship test online that would be of interest to some. I got 2 wrong......
