I'm looking for a passenger chrome eyebrow piece and where to buy some turning light replacements(the side floods)for a 96 LSC, any help would be appreciated... Great looking/performing car btw, hope to get mine up and running like this soon, already did the exhaust/intake/stereo/interior, now for some exterior cosmetics!!!
@jmoney899 thre is a lot of benefit to taking it out of overdrive it will keep your trans in a lower gear a help to stop frome burnning overdrive in trans
i got a 97 mark 8, its my first car and I couldn't be anymore happier. It doesn't do good in snow tho I live in Pittsburgh so the traction control doesn't help. Really classsy looking and fast car.

@vanhalengt500kr we live in NJ so we do get a fair amount of snow. My friend with the Mark VIII doesnt really drive it at all in the snow because it is horrible traction wise haha altho he doesnt have traction control. Id imagine if you had traction control and a decent set of snow tires then you would be ok in light snow. still wouldnt recommend taking it out if you get any decent accumulation tho.
@TheViciousPaintballa its my buddies car but MPG if hes beating on it is usually around 12 or 15 mpg lol but if he babies it i think its around 20 or 21 usually. but that also because he has a bigger fuel pump in it that uses more fuel. and to launch it he usually power brakes it and loads it up first

hey man i got a question i got a 93 lincoln mark VIII where did he get those tinted tail light covers and does he have a 93 4.6 cobra intake installed on this mark VIII. Mark VIII's are the shit forreal there badass cars
@ps3mw2pro they r the stock tail light housings that he had tinted. and it has the stock plastic intake pipe but has been customized and has a K&N filter on the end
@ps3mw2pro the 93 cobra was a 5.0, the cobra didn't get the DOHC 4.6 until 96. You can swap over to the cobra intake, however it messes with the IMRC on 93-96 models. You either have to wire your own or do a IMRC delete. Most do the intake swap on the 97-98 Mark VIII, since it's IMRC are electronic just like the Cobra. The intake on the 93-96 Mark VIII isn't exactly a power killer. I've seen numerous cars runnin in the 12's with the stock intake.
