I've used the John Frieda spray on my brown hair and it worked really nicely but my hair had never been color treated at the time so I would be carful about that! Just like test a little bit first :) and I love the VS leggings too!

i tried the john frieda and it turned my hair orangy at the roots. i'm blonde but i have my hair highlighted and yeah... it just did not work for me. i really like his blonde shampoo though and i know it gradually lightens your hair so maybe try that
don't use the spray my hair is around the same colour of yours maybe a little lighter and it turned my hair orange and i had to dye it dark and i'm devastated so please don't use it
I haven't used tat particular Jphn Frieda product you have, but I have used the shampoo and conditioner from that line and it is amazing and it works very well. I would suggest using it!
do NOT use the spray!! I had a similar hair color to you, and trust me it will make your hair RED! I think the spray is made for blondes wanting to go blonder. When I used this it made my hair so red I now have to dye it all over to get the orange out.

I would be careful with the blonde spray on your naturally dark hair. It might discolour your hair or part of it. I have never used it as I have dark hair, but I know some blondes who love and some who hate it. One of my friends developed a sore on her scalp from it and had to go to the doctor. (That's probably an extreme case). I would test it on your skin first to see how it holds up and then maybe on the under layers of your hair in case something goes wrong.

i don't think you're supposed to use the lightening spray with brunette hair.... I am naturally medium/dark blonde and it worked really well on me! it doesn't make a major difference but it does lighten the hair significantly and my hair turned out really nice : )
I wouldn't use the lightening spray because it may lighten your highlights, but make your brunette hair orange. If you want a "pick me up" in between colorings/highlights try the John Frieda clear gloss treatment which won't change color, but will give you beautiful shine!

I have experience from it...i used it and it worked great at first because i kept applying it but then i stopped applying it every other day because i didn't want it as light anymore...it completely bleached my hair...and i have been going now every month to dye my hair to my normal color because when it starts to grow out you can see the line of the blond where it started growing out in my roots.

i have never tried that particular lightening spray, but i have used one that is by Schwarzkopf as a leave in conditioner and it actually did work, it totally lightened my hair (from about the same colour you are now) but i didn't really like myself with my hair that light, i regret it now, but that's just my opinion
I have brown hair and lightening spray didn't turn it orange just lighter brown; however my hair wasn't dyed at the time so the dye might react funny with the spray!
It will make your hair orange I think. My hair was brown years ago and I had no highlights and it turned it orange from sun-in....But I'd test a piece first since the level of bleach highlights in ur hair may be different than the john frida product...it could cause a color difference...
DO NOT USE THE LIGHTENING SPRAY! i have (had) the same color as you with blonde highlights and thought that the spray would turn my hair blonde, but after a few uses my hair is reallllly orange. ive been trying to wash it out with the purple shampoo they have but my hair is still noticeably orange.

I have experience from it...i used it and it worked great at first because i kept applying it but then i stopped applying it every other day because i didn't want it as light anymore...it completely bleached my hair...and i have been going now every month to dye my hair to my normal color because when it starts to grow out you can see the line of the blond where it started growing out in my roots.
I would definitely not get it, but thats just my experience.

i have never tried that particular lightening spray, but i have used one that is by Schwarzkopf as a leave in conditioner and it actually did work, it totally lightened my hair (from about the same colour you are now) but i didn't really like myself with my hair that light, i regret it now, but that's just my opinion

I have brown hair and lightening spray didn't turn it orange just lighter brown; however my hair wasn't dyed at the time so the dye might react funny with the spray!

It will make your hair orange I think. My hair was brown years ago and I had no highlights and it turned it orange from sun-in....But I'd test a piece first since the level of bleach highlights in ur hair may be different than the john frida product...it could cause a color difference...

DO NOT USE THE LIGHTENING SPRAY! i have (had) the same color as you with blonde highlights and thought that the spray would turn my hair blonde, but after a few uses my hair is reallllly orange. ive been trying to wash it out with the purple shampoo they have but my hair is still noticeably orange.

the go blonder spray DOES make brown hair orange!! even if you use a small amount it still gives you an orange hue. DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

I've tried the john frieda thigy and i didn't really like it. It made my hair sticky, and when i tried to touch up my highlights, it sprayed all over and didn't look very good. I love you Allie! And i love your shirt!
