  • I love Utah, I'm from LA and Utah is the total opposite. The people are very nice the land is free, fresh air. If you like the outdoors in Utah you can do anythings that's fun! If you like to Ski go to park city Utah. There's rivers, lakes, natural springs plenty of trout. Check out Zion, Arches, Moab there's plenty to last a life time.

  • @MatheC your so right i went out to Utah to visit my uncle and my aunt it was fine til reglion and politics came up she republican and mormon , im catholic and not republician . she said she didnt care what reglion someone is she judged them not their reglion but politices she hated my party

  • in the sud of algeria in sahara there is place name al hogare is nice place

  • Of course laws should be followed, but you can't keep living with ancient laws. A dynamic society will keep renewing itself.

But I am aware of Utah being an extremely oldfashioned place. Some people like that, but I don't think the white, middleclass supremacy works anymore. The majority may be Mormon, but the minority groups will grow and become a pain for the Mormon Church.

  • The people are nice as long as you don't discuss religion or politics. Utah is really nice and I will keep going back to see my family there. They accept homosexuals and our right to do the exact same things as everybody else. If we don't have the same rights we should probably pay less taxes :)

  • @juiceflob There are actually sizable African-American communities in Salt Lake City and Ogden. There's also a growing African-American immigrant community. There is also an African-American mayor in one of the towns in Northern Utah County, I think maybe Saratoga Springs.

  • It's trendy to hate on mormons now, i guess it's the last thing in america that is considered ok to hate. It's not ok to even hate on terrorists without getting some backlash in public schools.

  • To the Utah Office of Tourism....your snowflake commercials are really stupid....get something better...

  • luvfinger there is a very vibrant black community in SLC. Its in their churches, Calvary Baptist on South State, New Pilgrim, Trinity AME....and many more.

  • Probably THE MOST beautiful state I have ever visited. Looking forward to visit it again in October :-)

  • nice vid, it really shows off utah well

  • I still don't notice any black families.

  • nice place too lives is all i can tell about this beautiful state.

  • this is a beautiful place to grew up your kids and ive in peace with your family i came from puerto rico and to tell you the true utah have me shock with all the beautiful places that you can see around here.

  • Nice to see that Utah finally edited this commercial to remove the Arizona footage of "The Wave". Looks like my letters to both governors, Tourism Offices and multiple news outlets must have worked. I love Utah but using scenic spots from other states to promote your state was pretty unprofessional.

  • Utah is the bomb the people here are great you can do anything here. add me and subscribe

  • mormons have nothing to do with sundance. park city is a different country from the rest of utah, but all of utah is nice in my opinion. i'm not mormon and i lived in utah for 4 years

  • People in Utah are nice. I really want to move to Utah like the rest of the LDS members in Illinois have been doing. The LDS church was started in Illinois and the relocated to Utah in the 1800's. I'd like to do the same today. Congrats to all of those that voted to pass Prop 8 in California!

  • @JohnRhysMusician Please fuck up your own state. Leave our state out of it.

  • @JohnRhysMusician It's amusing that you called a group of people nice while congratulating them on stripping a group of people's rights away in the same thought. I guess the backwards logic isn't limited to here in Utah.

  • @samskipsam I encourage you to look up the definition of marriage in the dictionary. It is a union between husband and wife.

  • @JohnRhysMusician That way of thinking actually belongs in the LDS church along with many of its many other discriminating acts. A dictionary is not for a country or even a state to follow when passing laws. Salt Lake has the largest Pride Parade outside of California and it has the largest population of lesbians of any city in the US. Time will change the Mormon rule. The Mormon Church is like a really bad right wing political party. Its teachings belongs in the Midevil Times.

  • @MaltheC If we don't follow what words mean, then why should we follow our existing laws or why should our words have any meaning?

  • i freaking love this commericial. probably my fav.

  • Did you do this ad? It's funny.
