He drafts wells, he teaches younger players how to win, he wins with players that aren't necessarily stars and he instills teamwork. He's done all this in an era of free agency and salary caps and more teams in the league. If you think the guy isn't among the best that's ever coached, you're just a flat out idiot and a hater.
