I agree that a rough around the edges style of animation fits this song, and punk in general since the genre itself is rough around the edges. But this looks like the animation of someone who can't draw, and didn't have much of an idea in regards to a narrative accompaniment for the song. You're welcome to your opinion, but that is mine on this video.
