Jonsi rocks my world and my daughter's no matter the name of band he's in! My girl heard his music as soon as she was born, after 9 months listening and dancing to his music on my womb!
@onionskinonionskin I've also seen Jónsi twice and Sigur Rós once. I was fortunate to be at the EPIC show in Berkeley, CA at the Greek Theater for Sigur Rós where it began pouring rain during the encore. It was a life changing moment for me and everyone else there considering videos are posted all over YouTube.

@onionskinonionskin I agree 100%. I only got to see him once while he was in the states but it was beyond phenomenal. It is still to this day the peak of my life. I teared up when they started leaving. :( It was pure bliss.
@ITipCowsWorldWide In an interview I watched about "Go Do" Jonsi said this whole album is in all english. This is the first time he's done an entire album in english and he said it was a real challenge. For Sigur Ros most songs were in Hopelandic. Basically Hopelandic is beautiful noises that fit into the music perfectly. Other than Hopelandic I believe he would do mostly Icelandic. I don't think there's too many Sigur Ros songs in English.
I love how in each go quiet video he gets out a crumpled piece of paper, and just starts playing,

Does anyone notice that before he is playing he's actually whistling the song?

@ThePallHeima
My grandfather has a really old one. I think it's a peddle/pump organ where you pump the air into the organ with your feet constantly moving.
