Well if you're a top marksman you should know that it's never easy to snipe. Something as little as an increase in your heart rate and breathing could cause the bullet to deviate from its intended target. Saw it on tv. Sniper said he noticed the man had a habit of handing the gun down between his knees. So he set range and focused on that spot then just waited for the best moment.
