i've got this and seven year ache on vinyl, i LOVE them both. now i just need King's Record Shop and Interiors. i didn't know this album is out of print! it's brilliant. even though by itself I like the song Seven Year Ache more than anything she's ever done, i think this album is more consistent from front to back. god bless rosanne. she's inspired more people than she'll ever know.
Holy crap I cannot believe someone posted this one ! This album was the best thing in the world my freshman year in high school. Thank you--thank you--thank you for posting it. Had the biggest crush on Rosanne back in the day.
If she and her half-sister Carlene Carter had come of age in the 1970s, 1990s, or this decade, they both would have been Country Rock starts, but they came of age in the 1980s when New Wave ruled in the first half of that decade and then later it was dance music.
It's a shame, they should have been crossover stars. They were alt-country (like Linda Ronstadt, Johnny Cash, and The Eagles), and that didn't fit into the 1980s country scene.
The songs on this album are as good as any on the Country Charts today. Why isn't this woman a bigger force in music-period?

@allsetnow1 Rosanne Cash and Carlene Carter are step sisters not half sisters but otherwise I agree with you.
