15 g's...haha. Those 60's were probably 15 g's by themselves! Then a crate motor and atlas, that another 6-10 grand, wheels & tires another 2 grand. Then like he said, the list goes on and on!
wow!!! awesome rig, makes my 84 cj7 look like a POS, ill get there one of these days, is that last pic taken near that one place in el paso that serves that 2 pound steak?
WOW! that thing looks great! i love how you bought the best of everything brand new instead of getting stuff from the scrap yard and making it work. Great job!!
that is the beastliest CJ ive ever seen. ive got a '76 with the 304 and sprung over on 35's. whered you get those fender flares? they look great on there
It is a tough tranny, but don't run anything but the Castrol Syntorq. Many may claim there are equivalents but there aren't. Experience shows that, the syncros toast like nothin. on a side note, GM used the NV4500 before Dodge
Very Nice! Great Job on the CJ-7. I built a 78 CJ-7 myself into a trail machine for the area I wheel in around the PA area. Got the whole buildup posted on offroaders . com as Project CJ-7.
man. i have a cj7, and in all honesty...why would you ever leave the amc line of motors? you obviously have the time and means to do a proper job on restoring such a wonderful machine. and you put a chevy motor in it? buy a 390!!! hell put the 258 back in it and show up all v8 pussy's all together. really though...a chevy? did you forget what you bought? its not a blazer!
nice jeep but that dodge has to go. you put a chevy small block in it so I know deep down you are a chevy man not a dodge boy?
