The tags say Yoshiki Fukuyama and Chie Kajiura, but this is actually Nobutoshi Hayashi (now Nobutoshi Canna) and Tomo Sakurai singing. I think they were going more for presenting the show than the singing because it is the actors doing the singing here. Fukuyama-san, the actual singing voice and guitar for Nekki Basara, didn't actually show up until the encore portion of this concert.
I have the CD. Both Yoshiki Fukuyama and Chie Kajiura were there for "Light the Light" during the encore. Not only can I hear both their voices mixed in the song, but there's a picture showing the four of them on stage singing together.
