Hey I tried going to the dukes archives but the path is blocked by two armour boars with whatappears to be crytals coming out their arses making it impossible for me to backstab them.

Is there something they are weak to?

Magic?

Pyromancy?

An arrow to the knee?

Ok to kick someone you need to press forward and light attack at the same time, though depending upon your weapon the move you perform may not be a kick, for instance if you hold a rapier and try the kick move you will instead skip back a step while doing a small slash attack.

Ok what you need to do is, go through Blight town (Thats one trip that's gonna suck major balls). Find the giant water wheel and take it up as far as it will go, then just keep climbing the ladder till you reach the top.

Now look around there and you will find a box with the key.

Now if you are on about the key in the ruins with ghosts:

Search around till you find a large building, go to the top and the guy in red has it.

Fantastic game! I'm usually one to rage quit, however, expecting that I'm going to die very often really removes the need to give up. :)

I like how, when you die, pressure builds, the more you die, the more pressure builds. You repeat, over and over, frustrating you, which results in you starting to rush - than of course, you die more, hahaha!

I loved the beginning. Showing us the consequences of speeding through the Burg is a welcome wake-up call, but I had to facepalm when you collected your soul patch. You almost died, bra ;3

Having passed the dragon with my main character, I can say that one of the flame attacks of the drake can actually be evaded by sticking to the edge of the bridge as you advance. I've noticed he has at least two different breath attacks. And yes, you can block to mitigate damage, but I am also confused about the rolling evasion =/ People should be more clear with their hints.

really like your videos, although I can clearly see that you haven't been playing Dark Souls THAT much yet. You really get better in playing it with every single hour you play it. I spent way more than 100 hours by now and finished the game twice and still I keep on learning. Still I don't really think that it's such a hard game. You just need to be persistent, test out every way possible and always pay attention to what the enemies are doing, after some time you will succeed

You have to play this game cautiously. It's not a hack and slash game where you can button mash and then run to the next spot. Play it like that, and you won't even make it out of the tutorial. Ruri's style of play is a perfect example of how you are supposed to approach Dark Souls.

People don't understand this game takes patience to play if you go through it quickly you will die most of the time unless you learn exactly how most of the mobs react/attack and what distance they'll reset. It took me around 2 hours + to kill the first boss after the Asylum Demon w/o using a guide or any help from anyone which is what I've been doing the entire game and I'm around 45+ hours playing it lol. Still loving the difficulty and epic feeling of accomplishing things by yourself.

@entrarideath You can go through him too and it's actually faster and safer. What you might criticize is the fact I failed to chop the tail with the Sword, but then again it was my first try, I think I would need more damage to chop the tail like that.
