Many christians have been misled into the highway or broad way.
The narrow way which Jesus is preaching is to seek first the Kingdom of God (Matt 6:33)!!! But Jesus says many will fail to find it.
Luke 13:23-27 Make every effort to enter through the narrow door because many, I tell you, will try to enter (KOG) and will not be able to.
Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed--not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling...
Why ...?
Because "Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter." -- Matthew 7:21
Hey Jesus - Thanks again for letting Canada win another gold medal in Olympic hockey. Again, no rush or anything, but it would be nice to see the Maple Leafs hoist the Stanley Cup one of these years. Just putting it out there... Thanks again.

Cool. I can go to heaven by having warm fuzzy feelings? Sounds like a deal to me. Never mind actual objective truth, as long as its subjective, you're going to heaven! Come on folks, don't fall for this feel-good crap.
"I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one gets to the Father but through me." - Jesus Christ (John 14:6).
Is Jesus the Way? If it is, then why did Jesus says in Matthew 7:21 Not every one that saith to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
& Luke 13:23-27 "Someone asked Jesus, "Lord, are only a few people going to be saved?" He said to them,
Make every effort to enter through the narrow door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able to.
@netelsg Matthew 7:21 is about people who have a superficial relationship with Jesus; also known as a "nominal Christian". Like, someone who is religious, but doesn't know Jesus Christ personally as their Saviour. Maybe they recognize His authority as Lord, but do not recognize Him as their Saviour--someone who saves one from their sin and redeems them.
Luke 13:23 is talking about access to God. It not a wide-open, take-anyroute-you-want affair. He sets the route's ways and means.
If Jesus is the way, why then did Jesus asks His disciples to seek the Kingdom of God...??? Matthew 6:33 states, "But seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
@netelsg Jesus is the way, and seeking first the Kingdom of God can only be done through Jesus Christ. The Kingdom of God cannot be sought after unless you go through Jesus Christ, who blatantly claimed "I am the way, the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father but through me. If you are seeking the Kingdom of God, then logically you would do so through the one who can allow you to find it. Here's an article on that one: gotquestions(dot)org/seek-first-kingdom-God(dot)html
@netelsg Sorry, but that doesn't follow logically. How can Jesus' teachings be the way, but not Jesus himself? When clearly Jesus teaches that He is God, and that He is the ONLY way (John 14:6). See what I'm saying?
Concerning your question about the Kingdom of God, here's a better explanation of it than I could say: gotquestions(dot)org/kingdom-of-God(dot)html
And I'm also assuming you're Gnostic, in which case, this article should help: gotquestions(dot)org/Christian-gnosticism(dot)html
@saxonbeast No, as I've said, Jesus is Not the way. If it is, why then Jesus ask his disciple to "seek first ye the Kingdom of God (Matt 6:33) within you (Luke 17:21-22) ?
Jesus says in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth,,,; The "I" Jesus is talking about is the REAL "I" within Him which is God. God is within everyone of us.
@netelsg Bro, you are twisting scripture so much. I believe what you're doing is called Eisegesis, which means to read your own meaning into the text. Have you even considered the context of Matthew 6:33? Have you read Matthew 6? Jesus is talking about how we shouldn't worry about material things like clothes, because if you seek the things of God first, everything else will be added to you. Read the full thing man. You're taking it way out of context.
Luke 17:21-22 says nothing about the Kingdom of God being IN you. It says, "In your midst." Again, you are reading your own meaning into the text. Sorry man.
Your interpretation of John 14:6 is completely subjective, and not what Jesus is saying at all. Jesus claims to BE God way more times than that, so how can you ignore that and say he's talking about "The Kingdom Within Him" every time? Clearly He's not. I'll post some instances of Jesus claiming to be God, okay?
1 Corinthians-- you have again taken it out of context. Paul is speaking about the born-again Christian having the indwelling Spirit. It's not YOU that are God, it's God IN you, but that still doesn't make you God! We have no power or authority on our own bro, it's all the Holy Spirit in us. And those verses have to do with glorifying God in your body, and not using your body for unrighteous sin. It's not about mysteriously attaining God-hood within yourself.
@netelsg gotquestions(dot)org/apostle-Paul-writings(dot)html 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.
None of Paul's teachings contradict what is said in the rest of the Bible. “You will know them by their fruits" (Matthew 7:16) and the fruits of the Apostle Paul leave no doubt that he was very real indeed.
How do you enter it? Dude, Jesus says it flat out, and I've already told you: John 3:3 Jesus answered him, "Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God."
1 John 5:1-2
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him. 2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments.
@saxonbeast If Jesus is the way to salvation, then why did Jesus Himself ask his disciples to CONTINUE to work out their own salavtion whether He is presence or absence...???
Philippians 2-12
Therefore, my dear friends, ...not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence--continue to work out your salvation .....
@netelsg We work out our salvation by going to the very source of our salvation— Jesus Christ, as found in the Word of God—wherein we renew our hearts and minds (Romans 12:1-2), coming into His presence with a spirit of reverence and awe.
@saxonbeast Again, I remind you. Chapter on Roman is word of Paul; NOT God...! Read Roman 1:1 - Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God.
Are you following Paul or Jesus...? Is Jesus your Lord or Paul...?
@netelsg As extensive as Jesus’ ministry was, He did not articulate everything regarding the Christian life. That is why He commissioned the apostles to carry on His ministry after His ascension, and that is why we have a God-breathed Bible, “so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” Paul was responsible for much new revelation, although ultimately those revelations came from the Holy Spirit.
@netelsg The kingdom of God embraces all created intelligence, both in heaven and earth that are willingly subject to the Lord and are in fellowship with Him. The kingdom of God is, therefore, universal in that it includes created angels and men. It is eternal, as God is eternal, and it is spiritual—found within all born-again believers. We enter the kingdom of God when we are born again, and we are then part of that kingdom for eternity.
Bible say if you are just a human of flesh and blood, you CANNOT enter the Kingdom of God.
Read 1 Corinthians 15:50 - Now this I say, brethren, that FLESH AND BLOOD cannot inherit the Kingdom of YHWH neither doth corruption inherit incorruption,,,
@netelsg Funny how you use Paul's teachings even though you don't believe them. Yes, I am flesh and blood, but I'm more than just flesh and blood as a born-again believer. As a result of salvation, I have become alive, whereas I was dead before, and I have the Holy Spirit in me. This does make me different from the world, but I am still a man--only the difference is I am saved by Grace through Faith. Remember, I am not saved by works or knowledge--but by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 15:50 - FLESH AND BLOOD cannot inherit the Kingdom of YHWH
Luke 17:21-22 Kingdom of God is within you" by Jesus
John 3:5-8 one must born of water and spirit, then he can enter into the Kingdom of God!
Are these heretics & Anti-Christ?
But if one do not do what Jesus say (ie, seek the KOG), then he is not following Jesus, thus anti-christ. Anti-christ is one who does not follow & do what Jesus say.
John 18:36 "Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world.
It means that KOG it is spiritual; not of this material world. But still you must seek it which is what ur Lord Jesus says. Matt 6:33
"but I am still a man". That means you are not born anew or born again yet- Not born of spirit, thus you cannot enter the Kingdom of God.
John 3:5-8 : Jesus answered, "Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can't enter into the Kingdom of God! ...Ye must be born anew
The Gospel of Thomas is not a reliable source of God's revelation. It is a forgery and a heresy. The Gospel of Thomas has ONE (1) manuscript. The Bible has over TWENTY-FOUR THOUSAND (24,000). Which one has more historical credence to it my friend? Which one is more likely to be accurate about who Jesus is? Think about it bro.
I've visited the website. They are following the saying of Paul; NOT Jesus.
Jesus say John 3:3 "... Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
Paul understanding of being born again and what Lord Jesus is talking about "born again" are totally different
Jesus say that one must be able to see the KOG then u are considered born again, but Paul's explanation is different from Jesus. Most churches around the world are following Paul.
@netelsg You got the verse wrong. It's not KOG first, then born again. It's born-again first, then KOG. You need to be born-again to see it my friend, and the only way to be born-again is to believe and confess that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God, who died for your sins and rose again three days later. That's it bro, sorry.
@netelsg John 18:36 "Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence".
The Kingdom of God is Heaven, and not of this world, so to answer your question--no. I have not seen it yet, but I am a citizen of Heaven and will see it one day when I die. If you want an idea of what Heaven looks like, read the last few chapters of Revelation. God bless.
Jesus' teachings are clearly not Gnostic. There are no hidden meanings behind what he says. Jesus is who He says He is. He is not Spirit, but Flesh. Luke 24:39 "See my hands and my feet, that it is I myself. Touch me, and see. For a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have.”.
Here's a link: gotquestions(dot)org/bodily-resurrection-Jesus(dot)html
I'm Anti-Christ? Where do you get your doctrine from?
@saxonbeast "early church fathers dismissed Gnosticism 2,000 years ago."
Those who do not follow Jesus teaching and seek the KOG within are anti-christs.
Take note what Jesus are here for - to preach the KOG.
Luke 4:43 "I must preach the Kingdom of God to the other cities also, for I was sent for this purpose."
Not doing what Jesus is here for is anti-christ. Thus, early church fathers are anti-christs if they do not seek the KOG within. Anti-christ dismissed Gnosticism.
@netelsg If your doctrine is coming from the Gnostic Gospels, saying that I'm an Anti-Christ, then you are very, very wrong. My 24,000 manuscripts of the Bible say YOU are a heretic and an Anti-Christ, not me. You 50 manuscripts of the Gnostic Gospels say I'm an Anti-Christ. Which one do you think is more right? Sorry my friend, but you need to trust in the Word of God only for your doctrine, and realize that the early church fathers dismissed Gnosticism 2,000 years ago.
Jesus says in Luke 6:46 "So why do you keep calling me Lord, Lord! when you don't do what I say?"
John 8:31-32 "Jesus say, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
You must do what Jesus say and continue with His words.
@saxonbeast John 3:5-8 : Jesus answered, "Most certainly I tell you, unless one is born of water and spirit, he can't enter into the Kingdom of God! Jesus say you must born anew of spirit then you can enter the KOG - thus if you're a mere human, you cannot enter the KOG. I use Paul saying in case you don't understand what Jesus mean.
Another reason why human cannot enter the KOG is because KOG is not of this world. Therefore, human body - which is of this world-cannnot enter it.
@saxonbeast "doesn't know Jesus Christ personally as their Saviour" If someone called Jesus as Lord, definitely he must have know Jesus as Lord and Saviour. Otherwise you would not have called Him Lord - like the Muslim, etc...
This dude is not a christian. Just another Theosophist Luciferian externalizing the higherarchy. Same junk as Zietgiest and Christ conspiracy. Jesus was not God and God is in us and you need to buy my book and listen to me because I has secret knowledge. Secret teachings is a continuation of the mystery religions from babylonian mystics. Just like the modern day mystery religions..scientology...mormonism...Masons lodge.....just one more level to the ultimate truth.
I believe thought and spirit form the world we see. I wish I could touch the higher realms, but my body isn't ready for what my mind already knows, and my brain could never handle.

Pls note that Jesus is LORD; NOT Paul.

@saxonbeast "It's born-again first, then KOG. You need to be born-again to see it my friend"
Did you see it (KOG)...? What does it looks like...?

@netelsg John 18:36 "Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence".
The Kingdom of God is Heaven, and not of this world, so to answer your question--no. I have not seen it yet, but I am a citizen of Heaven and will see it one day when I die. If you want an idea of what Heaven looks like, read the last few chapters of Revelation. God bless.

@saxonbeast "I'm also assuming you're Gnostic" That's because Jesus teachings are Gnostic. If u are NOT Gnostic, then u are Anti-Christ.
Did the church tell u that Jesus say you are god...?
John 10:34 "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your Law, I have said you are gods?"
Psalm 82:6 "I said, "You are gods, And all of you are sons of the Most High."

I'm Anti-Christ? Where do you get your doctrine from?

@saxonbeast "Jesus is who He says He is. He is not Spirit, but Flesh" So you're saying jesus is a human too?

@saxonbeast Nope.
Jesus says in Luke 6:46 "So why do you keep calling me Lord, Lord! when you don't do what I say?"
John 8:31-32 "Jesus say, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free."
You must do what Jesus say and continue with His words.
i.e Matt 6:33 Jesus say "Seek first the KOG...?
First of all, hv u done what Jesus tells you to do?

There's a kingdom of heaven right here on this Earth
Unseen by human eyes until our rebirth
Though it seems God has left us it is we who are blind.
For in all things and circumstances resides the divine.
