Actually there are 2 in Kuwait. One is owned by Sheikh Ali Abdulla Al-Salem (Sheikh Saad's brother), and another is owned by Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammed's son, Ahmed. I don't know about the third white one. But most cars ultra luxury in Kuwait are usually owned by royal family members. I think Sheikh Salem Al-Ali's son also has one, because he has an SLR and the Phantom Drophead.
