I love this one, too. <3 Need to see it live, too. I love Broadway Musicals- especially CATS. But, since this one looks to be your favorite, I reccomend looking up Forbidden Broadway- Welcome To The Tonys for a laugh. Its their Hairspray parody song. It makes a huge joke out of the fact that most people say that at least half of guys who are into theater are gay. It makes me laugh because I've been in productions and not a single guy was gay! :D

@MsAngel2sweet Well Hairpray can be accurately described as "camp" or "kitsch" which is a genre where regular things are portrayed in an extrovert, extravaggent and comical manner. Glee would be another perfect example. What Travolta is doing is technically drag like in the gay scene which is known for its over the top manner.
