FYI the reason for the motorcycles is because of the "turbo duel." Instead of using magic cards, there are speed spells, which can only be used depending on the counters you have, which you earn per standby phase. It adds a whole new level in the duels because it becomes a real test of skill, not just spamming OP cards like Monster Reborn and such.

I like 5D's, but not because of the motorcycles, which are a bad addition in my opinion, but because of the new cards and synchro monsters which enhanced the game pretty well and made it more interesting!
