hi :) have u tried drinking Lydia Pinekham? the herbal liquid supplement. i am using it to regulate my cycle and it is woking so far. just wanted to share that prodct with you. not sure if you already tried it, but i havent heard u mention it in your videos.
tasts gross, but u get used to it :) after a while

@sheenashine17 I tried it - its really lovely. I think I might still add a bit more peppermint, and being a sweet tooth - I added a little honey - but really really nice!

@vallygirl7 Great questions! I meant to add up the costs of the ingredients but I forgot to so I'll put it in the description box and reply back to you once I've calculated it. It should last me about a month, but it depends on how often you drink it and how strong you make it. It's safe after ovulation but, you should stop drinking it once you get your bfp b/c chasteberry is not supposed to be good to consume while you are pregnant. Let me know if you ave any more q's :)
