@AdamantSystems my motherbord offically supports 7 when and if i do a BIOS update, and a six core AMD processor, too. it is pretty capable. but I still love XP ;) i will keep it till 2014 when it is unsupported.

The version of 7 I have is an evaluation version, which means i can't install it unless it is in a virtual machine. it will die off after 90 dayz.

PS: my pc is custom built, but it is nothing grand, just worth $500 the way it is configured :(

i could do that with linux windows or mac. XD stacks and a dock.... the explorer stuff looked ok but s little jagged but obviously this isn't an official thing.. not a bad concept but i dont think microsoft will introduce too much on the eyecandy side like a dock. they SHOULD put wobbly windows and workspaces (maybe on a cube maybe not) by default because workspaces really does increase productivity without needing a second monitor
