Jesus points to cities that were destroyed in the old test. saying it will be far worse when he returns. Jesus is God, but they are very different when concerned with us. God the father is the ultimate judge, but he passed the judgement on to Jesus who is now our advocate. Jesus stands between us and the fate that we deserve. Jesus is the compassionate side of God the father. Then there is the Holy Spirit which is the part of God that lives inside us and draws us closer to Him. It's hard to understand, but they are the same, yet they are not.

I was brought up catholic but still didn't understand the Bible.
