heyy (: this is melissa im on ahs jv.

anyway here's a few pointers to help u and your squad out:
1.) slow down on the cheer and shout the words; not sing.
2.) hit your motions; be really stiff.
3.) flyers --> lock your knees and pull your body UP like a string is pulling you up from your head. squeeze everything really tight.
overall, it was really good for your grade.
