Maybe you think that it was placed on 4th place because of sand-pdrawings. And you are right... People wouldn't vote only for this song. Even Ukrainians were saying that this song won't be at good place.

But I've voted for it not because of that live-drawing show only for beautiful song and good singer - Mika :)
