It's true. In general, most fanvids tend to emphasize emotional parts of television series, so you probably haven't seen many of the space battles. I think Firefly has a really good balance of action and romance, which isn't that common for most shows/movies resembling it.

@Hewkll Most of the vids do portray the emotion of the series, because action/violence without the background of the story would make this series just another crass exploitative series This show has more poetry, humor and depth than I would expect from amything on TV. If you watch the FIrefly dvds,  you will see that all is not as it seems. of course, if you think romance is lame....and cannot apell "which...", well then.... nuff said.

Just noticed this: for "I got soul but I'm not a soldier," each crewmember has a stoic shot ("soul") and an emotional/undignified one ("not a soldier")... except for Zoe, whose stoic shot lasts through the whole line, because she /is/ a soldier.
